Installed them in my 97 civic. These speakers are the best 6.5 speakers I have ever bought. I will officially only be using JBL speakers from now on that's how good they are. I'm just powering them through an aftermarket JVC head unit without an amp and they sound awesome. They're what I was looking for because I wanted front speakers with just a little bit of bass but more mids and highs since I had a subwoofer installed. The only thing that stinks is that with the installation brackets, I was not able to use the stock Honda speaker covers so I just installed the Fancy JBL speaker faces. Looks a little odd because of the way the door panel is fitted for the speaker cover but it's ok.

You can't beat them for the price. I can now hear and feel the bass in the RAV4. Not pretending it the same as a full blown system with subwoofer, but it can rock. Did all four doors. I had early replaced the 3.5" speakers in the dash with CLUB3020 3.5" speakers. The problem was so much good sound came out of those to balance the sound in the care I had to set the fader one click from all rear just to hear the rear speakers and they still were quieter than the JBLs.

For the money I don't think it is possible to get better. Crystal clear sound. They wont boom like a bespoke separately amplified subwoofer but have plenty of un-distorted bass along with very clear mid and high range. They replaced the factory original Bose speakers in my 2 7year old Audi and sound much better.

Decent quality product, easy to install. My only concern is speakers only came with 1 round foam tape when it was supposed to come with 2. The foam ring sits behind the basket of the speaker which sits against your plastic frame.
Great price on some great speakers. Already had a set in my Jeep. Installed these in my shop
Ordered these speakers for my 2013 Honda pilot touring. Installed all 4 in under 3 HRS. Supplied hardware was useless. Best mounting screw is a 5/16th hex head self tapping. These speakers come with mounting brackets. Highly recommend padding the back before you mount it. The hardware supplied is great if you are cutting holes in a door skin panel. The speaker boxes have a template cardboard ring that you can use to make mdf rings. The original speaker size of this vehicle is 6.75. The new speakers are 6.5, mounting ring makes it easy. Overall for the price you cannot go wrong.
Good sound quality for the price but the bass is not as good what i expected for for 6 1/2 compare from my old stock speaker..
Also available is the Club622 which is similar to the Club6520. I was looking for an OEM replacement but it's difficult to find specs on OEM equipment. It's easy to assume it's the lowest form of car audio.I know I required 6.5" and hunted high and low for excellent efficiency and low frequency response. JBL wasn't initially on the radar until I discovered them on sale at CT. JBL was renowned for their home audio speakers so I threw it into the research pile. The supplied spacer/adapter was useless for my Hyundai. In the door is factory proprietary speaker connections. I was able to use the factory speaker mount by removing (destroying) the OEM speaker. Attached the speaker was simple and I used the factory speaker connection by soldering jumpers to the speakers. So it wasn't a simple bolt out, bolt in install. The assembled and sealed JBL Club622's sounded clear and wonderful. Bass was low enough with a firm presence. Mids and highs were clear. The +3db switch on the tweeter added obvious sibilance. Turned it back to 0db. I will get a set to replace the rear doors and run with that for a while.
I bought these along with a component system and 12 inch sub woofer and 5 channel amp, all JBL and all direct from Harman. My car sounds amazing. I absolutely love it. Everyone comments on the quality of the sound. it cannot be beat. I have yet to hear a system that sounds better than mine. I just recently bought a Mercedes with a 12 speaker system and intend to upgrade them all through the harman Infinity line.
I installed these JBL's in the rear doors of my 2003 Tundra. They are only hooked up to an aftermarket Alpine bluetooth CD deck but have a much crisper sound and definitely deeper base vs the stock paper speakers they replaced. Worth the price if you want to not only hear music but also feel music. Will be replacing the front speakers too with the JBL component set, can't wait!
