I absolutely love these earphones in all areas - sound, look, fit, and functionality!I've owned a few "smart" head/earphones in recent years but the Tour Pro 3 are an extra level above them. The sound is excellent and part of that experience is due to the way the fit in my ears. I appreciate this could be different for everyone but hopefully one of the three included sleeves will be suitable for you. I didn't have to change the sleeve but you have the choice of a foam or silicone sleeve.The sound can be tailored in all the expected ways but for me it is the bass that is really impressive. Being able to change the settings and pair the earphones to devices without having to use the mobile phone app is such a time saver.The touchscreen is really responsive and despite the small screen it is easy to press the buttons or move sliders. I’ve really not got to grips with the numerous settings but that will come in time.I like the fact that it has the ability to help you locate both your mobile as well as an earpiece itself.Despite the relatively high cost I think the Tour Pro 3 offers outstanding value with sound and functionality for those who listen for multiple hours per day. Having the touchscreen is useful in situations where you don’t want to get out your phone in public places.I highly recommend these earphones.

The package contains cables (including a USB-C-jack 3.5 mm and adapters for the ear cups: in short, great attention to detail.After charging the battery of the case, in a minute my headphones were paired with my smartphone.The JBL app helped me find the best configuration for me: the right size of the adapters (in the box there are 5 silicone ones of different sizes, and a sponge one size). The noise cancellation is excellent, even in very noisy conditions (airplane flight).Although the ability to customize is always welcome, I found some options to be really useless. One of these is the screen of the headphone case: practically never used! This is mainly due to the size of the smart case, which is too thick to keep it in a jacket pocket or in a pocket. Another thing that left me perplexed is that, despite all the measures of the adapters, after a few days the left earpiece tended to fall out and the "accommodation" test actually told me to change the sponge adapter...What I liked:- the sound quality (great highs and lows): the noise suppression, the shape of the earphones- the "silent-now" function (great for meditating or falling asleep in conditions of high noise)- the ability to search for the earphones by making a sound- the function that also allows you to use the case as a Bluetooth adapter for devices with an audio jack, even if it is not applicable in many situationsWhat I liked less for my needs (listening to music in high definition or making phone calls on the road):- basically the price: it is useless to spend a lot of money to have a case with a screen that I don't think I will use very much, especially since the headphones are going to interface directly with a smartphone that I check at least every 5 minutes.In conclusion, it is a formidable product with many, perhaps too many, features, which at this price makes it a product for a narrow circle of users. Recommended if the cost is not an issue

First impressions, the connection process was very simple on Android and Windows. The JBL app is a great companion to be able to customise almost everything about the earphones and the case. You can add/remove configurable options to your liking on the case as well as change the lock screen wallpaper, however limited the choices may be. Once paired I found the sound quality to be good for the price and could also be configured to personal liking through the EQ and spatial audio through the app. However I then found the option to turn on high resolution audio, and found that the default sound profile alongside the 24bit 96KHz high-res audio to be much much better than the original sound out of the box.The earphone case is heavier than I expected but is ... MoreFirst impressions, the connection process was very simple on Android and Windows. I thought the addition of the touchscreen would be a bit gimmicky to be honest, however I found myself using it to control my music, turn ANC on/off and to check notifications. Overall a handy little tool to have, especially with the option to use the case as a audio streamer. This is very handy in multiple cases and found it to work quite well with no loss in audio quality through the case.The earbuds themselves are extremely comfy, they come with multiple tip sizes and also foam ear tips which I now use daily as they isolate the sound better than the default ear tips. Included in the box is a USB-A to USB-C cable, USB-C to USB-C and a 3.5mm to USB C, none of which are overly long but it is nice that they are included.Overall I would definitely recommend them for daily use.
