I have been a JBL fan for over 2 decades and worked in the ProAudio industry for many years. Seeing that JBL modeled a TWS set to mirror that of their professional touring products made me intrigued and excited to get a new pair of in-ear headphones as my old JBLs finally called it quits.I purchased these from an authorized retailer about 3 weeks ago and have been using them since. If they had a wing size between the medium and the small, I think it would have completely changed my outlook. For nearly $200, I expected more from JBL, and feel they seriously didn't do enough research in the design of these to make sure that they would be a comfortable fit.

I used these out of the box for a few days before realizing the benefits of using the “My JBL Headphones” app. I was able to adjust the EQ settings and found a bunch of other features such as alarms, a “find my buds feature”, and many other options.The battery life is quite solid and I was able to get about six hours of playback on a single charge with the noise-canceling feature on along with taking a few calls during that time. They charge pretty quickly and the wireless charging feature allows me to keep my desk free and clear of additional cords.In terms of compact size and construct, they are comparable to other high-end brands. The earpiece itself is a bit bulkier, but side-by-side volume-wise they are pretty much the same. Additionally, based on their design, I feel this set stands out less when wearing them over other brands. The case is also compact and well made. I give JBL credit for going the extra mile as they added somewhat of a non-skid backing to the bottom of the case so it doesn’t slide around on slippery surfaces. It’s a little detail but a nice one as I’m less likely to knock the case off the desk as I have done with my other sets.Headphones that hurt my ears only go so far and I pretty much forget I have these in despite wearing them for several consecutive hours on end. I find them very comfortable and they have stayed seated in my ears despite moving around a lot while working along with testing them out during a few workouts. Considering all of the other aspects of performance and sound, matched with superior comfort, these are my favorite pair of in-ear headphones.As previously mentioned, I have been through several other high-end pairs that, on average, come at a higher cost than the Tour Pro+ TWS headphones. They sound amazing, feel great in my ears, are well made, and the battery life is solid. Plus, the “My JBL Headphones” app provides easy access to many built-in features that you don’t get with many other brands. Given the price point is lower on average than other brands/models I have purchased, these are truly the way to go in my opinion.I absolutely recommend the Tour Pro+ TWS headphones to anyone looking for a high-quality, versatile, and in-ear set that won’t break the bank.

Quick note on the Assistant... If you are an Apple user, you can still use Siri with these buds, but you will need to wake Siri up with a gesture. They also work with Alexa and Google Assistant, which is super cool if you have smart devices around the house.The question then becomes, who are these head buds for?If you are an Android user, these are a no brainer in the price range. These buds are feature packed, feature best in class sound, battery life, are built like a tank AND will work with Google Assistant in an almost native fashion.If you are an Apple user, you’re making some compromises for better sound and better battery life. I can pair them with both my iPad and Phone with no issues. I can switch relatively easy and still get to use Siri. The compromise is the native compatibility to move seamlessly from one device to the next. However, if the iPods Pro don’t fit your ears well, or you’re frustrated by the battery life, these are probably the best choice in the price range.

The JBL Tour Pro+ TWS are the best wireless single ear buds I've listened to. They come with both ambient sound control (and ambient aware) and noise cancelling. I study on the weekends and my boyfriend needs to live his life and sometimes wearing over ear headphones gets tiring, especially if you have to wear glasses. Until the Tour Pro+, I have not been successful in finding a pair of ear buds I could use to tune out life while listening to simple focus music on low volume. I do have to turn the volume up a little bit if there is particularly loud background noise, but since there's nothing better to compare to, I can't complain. The headphones are an excellent fit, easy to wear with and twist into position. They come with multiple ear cap sizes and are super easy ... I myself prefer to use the bass equalizer setting, because JBL tunes it to perfection for excellent sound quality. JBL is impossible to match. These headphones are definitely consistent with what you should expect from a quality perspective from JBL. Also, you can locate your ear buds if they're connected to the app on your phone, which, I'm positive will eventually come in handy!

The sad part is that it is removable and yet when you flip it upside down so it actually sits in the groove of your ear, the earbuds can't fit in the charging case.The nicest thing about the JBL Free X were that they had a nice matte sleeve that sat around the body of the earbud, so it cradles into the groove of your ear so when you're running it's snug and doesn't budge.Even if I am just walking my dogs around the block, I end up having the JBL Tour Pro+ TWS fall out of ears. Literally, I've had to let go of the leashes to catch the bud as it falls out, otherwise I'd have broken buds within a week of receiving them, and rest assured these will break if you drop them. They're not very well held together, and you can tell they're very fragile.My 2nd major complaint is that the ANC function on the left earbud does not work at all. When you tap once, or twice, or three times, all it does is wake up Google Assistant, which is horribly annoying. This could be an issue with the buds I received, but I just stopped using the left earbud touch functions at all to avoid frustration. The only way for the ANC to kick in is if I take the left earbud out. Then all of the sudden it activates True Hear and I can hear everything around me like a hawk, but that stops the music and eliminates the purpose of having the functionality.Normally I would do a full audio review and go over specific highs, mids, lows performances, all that jazz, but there's nothing different in terms of sound between these and the JBL Free X. The sound is beautiful, and I never expect any less from JBL.Instead, I will finish with a short summary as this is a bit of a TL;DR.1. Terrible body design that doesn't sit in your ear for more than 5 minutes, even if you're sitting down they fall out.2. ANC tap functions on the left bud do nothing at all, so don't get excited about ANC functionality.3. Great sound as always.

the JBL head sets apparently have a come what common feature of the two earbuds going out of sync and there being no way to get them back together. I have been using my headset for over a year now. Suddenly out of the blue, the left and right ears start showing up as separate Bluetooth devices. I have tried all of the resets, all of the different ways to reconnect them, tired different devices, no good. I have been using my headset for over a year now. Suddenly out of the blue, the left and right ears start showing up as separate Bluetooth devices. (I use them for work call as I do service work so I usually have them on at least 8 hours in a normal day, often more)-batter was ok. Even from the start though I did find if I had a long day I eventually had to put one ear bud back to charge for a while then swap them to let the other charge or I would end up with both earbuds dead by mid afternoon.- in the end, not nearly as good as other head sets I have used. I will be purchasing new ones soon, sooner because of this broken sync issue.Given the $300 price tag, I expected so much more.
I received these from my dad as a christmas present last year and I absolutey love them! I use them evey day and the battery lasts very long, depending on how much usage I give them, I can go weeks without charging them. They're aswesome for the gym and I especially love them when I am at work, since I am always listening to podcasts or music while working I can have them on 'ambiant aware'. Of coarse though noise canceling is my favorite, especially when its very loud around me and I want to read a book or just be in my own world! ONLY con I can give this product is that after a long time of having them on they do get a bit uncomfortable, could possibly me just me since I do go long periods with them on, so thats understandable they get a bit uncomfortable. ... From some of the best wired in-ear variants available, to comfortable on-ear versions, to wireless noise cancelling over-ear monsters, and then truly wireless in-ear buds. But THESE are the pinnacle. Take all of your favorite features from the others you've owned and pack them into these light and comfortable technological wonders. I have never owned or used a product this small and light with such phenomenal sound quality AND active noise cancelling. It works as well or better than any noise cancelling I've encountered and doesn't require a bulky over-ear headphone that will inevitably ruin a good hair day. JBL mastered battery life some time ago, and these are no exception with 8 hours of power with an additional 24 hours available through the case which also serves as a battery pack (32 hours total). The ability to control the audio features and check battery life through the JBL Headphones app is absolutely awesome. I have already updated the headphones firmware through the app (prompted by the app itself) and I'm not sure I'll ever be able to use headphones without the convenience of an app like it again. Overall, these are a fantastic pair of headphones that I'd highly recommend.

Seeing that JBL modeled a TWS set to mirror that of their professional touring products made me intrigued and excited to get a new pair of in-ear headphones as my old JBLs finally called it quits.I purchased these about 3 weeks ago and have been using them since. Callers on the other end of the call state that I sound crystal clear and I credit that to the triple mic array (I've even traveled in the car with the window down and they could not tell). The trouble is that I can't seem to get a comfortable fit. I've tried multiple variations of the tips and wings, finding that the small set of tips and the medium wings are the only way they can stay in my ears without falling out, however, there is serious discomfort after wearing them for about 2 hours.I'm quite disappointed because I was looking for a set of earphones that I could comfortably wear all day, and I did not achieve that with this purchase. If they had a wing size between the medium and the small, I think it would have completely changed my outlook. For nearly $200, I expected more from JBL, and feel they seriously didn't do enough research in the design of these to make sure that they would be a comfortable fit.
