I really like thes JBL 215TWS earbuds. There are many reasons for this. First of all, they are lightweight and fit comfortably in my ears. Build quality is sold for both the earbuds and the case. I have had them in service listening to music for up to five hours, and still had a little more battery charge left.Button controls are easy to use and very responsive. I was able to get three full charges for the charging case before replenishing its battery. I also liked that, in a pinch, a fifteen-minute charge will give you about and hour of use. The sound quality is excellent. The rich bass is good but does not overwhelm the other frequencies. Mid-range and highs are clear and crisp. The latency is pretty bad with these earbuds when watching videos. I have found this issue to be true in other earbuds as well. They don’t have an on-board volume control, which some may miss. All in all a fine set of earbuds that I would not hesitate to recommend.

I received these earbuds a couple of weeks ago. Like always, I opened the box carefully examining each component. The packaging is adequate to present and protect the product whilst utilizing all recyclable materials. Inside the box are, the Charging/Carrying Case with the Earbuds inside, three sizes of “Comfort tips”, a short charging cable and documentation.I plugged the charging case into my power supply and charged the system to full charge in less than an hour. Charging Note: I have used these daily for two weeks and have not had to charge the case to get full battery power on the ear buds.At first listen I absolutely hated these buds! I wrestled with proper placement changing comfort tips back and forth…it was horrible. Frustrated I had to listen to the monitors in my studio to get the “bad taste” out of my ears. The next day I tried them again. After trying the three sizes of comfort tips I landed on the mid-sized ones, still not sounding that good. I tried adjusting the sound source equalization and was able to find a sweet spot. But I always test with the source audio flat. Without eq these buds still did not meet my expectations. The next day I was prepared to pan these buds as a bad offering but decided to give them one more chance by adjusting ear canal position. I found a good position and the buds started singing! In the proper position these buds sound pretty good. You can indeed “feel the bass”. Vocals and instruments are clear and precise, but the top end is still a bit “tinny” to me. The reason I gave a 4 star is the sound is not quite the JBL sound I expect. The case is cool. A great size to carry. The charging works flawlessly and the buds are held in magnetically so they are secure and in the proper position for charging.Confidence in these earbuds growing, I took them out in the work environment. They are surprisingly comfortable. I had no issue keeping them in my ears whilst preforming mild physical activity. The function buttons on the sides of the buds are actual buttons instead of touch sensors. I found them easy to answer a call and hang up without any accidental disconnects. Using only one bud is advantageous to keep one ear free while on a call.In the end these buds are pretty good. The sound is a little sharp at the high end but the buds are easy to listen to for extended periods with little fatigue. They fit well, are plenty loud and are very stylish. I must admit I wear them and look fantastic!

The JBL Tune 215TWS are a good pair of headphones but don't really stand out in any area. I really wish JBL would focus on making just 2-3 variants of really fantastic in-ear/true wireless earbuds rather than flooding the market with the 20+ that they have now. I'm not quite sure where the Tune 215TWS are supposed to excel, but even without excelling anywhere, they're good enough to be a go-to pair for work / casual listening. The Positives:Between the headphones and the case, the battery life is great. I've used these pretty regularly at work over the past month and have only had to charge about once a week/every other week. They're also quick to connect to my phone when I pull them out of the case, and I rarely have dropped connection issues. Audio quality is ... Audio quality is solid for the price point and I haven't gotten any complaints about mic issues when taking calls. The Negatives:The packaging had too much unnecessary plastic which we should all start fighting back against. The charging case is relatively compact and light, but the hinge for the top part feels flimsy and moves around slightly whether open or closed. You have to hold the buds to push the buttons on them without shoving the buds painfully into your ears. The buttons also do different things on the left and right buds which took some getting used to. The smallest silicone tips are the only ones that don't pop out of my ears every two minutes.

I've been using these for quite a white. After the "20 second beep sound" problem (mentioned in another review) was solved (thanks to the instructions for a "firmware update", as a reply to the previous review here) they have been quite enjoyable. The seamless switching between the computer and the Android phone has been a plus, quite practical in daily use...The issue is that now the annoying beep sound is back -- 215BT may have gotten quite "confused" after they were successfully paired with a tablet as the third device (surely, only two simultaneous connections are possible among the paired devices, computer-phone-tablet...I am trying to have the firmware reinstalled or turn the earphones to their factory settings or have the firmware downgraded to then upgrade ... These earbuds are really designed with a singular purpose. Modern music. The positives are: The bass is quite impressive. The highs are very sharp and crystalline and the stereo image is fantastic which is a rare characteristic of earbuds. Price. The negatives are: The midrange is where these earbuds suffer. Classic albums really lack midrange. If you are able to EQ these earbuds on your mobile device, adding midrange does help, but they are really lacking that midrange punch. Because the highs are really sharp with these buds, the more classically mixed albums sound kind of shrill. One final issue I had with these, and it could just be my ear, but the left bud actually hurt with these in. I ran my finger down the bud to where the silicone tips meet up and the ... One final issue I had with these, and it could just be my ear, but the left bud actually hurt with these in. I ran my finger down the bud to where the silicone tips meet up and the transition between the two is not smooth. I think that is what was causing the issue. The other bud had the same transition, but didn't hurt my right ear. So again, it could just be me.Listening to these with an audiophile ear, these would not be my preferred earbuds. However, if I were to take off the audiophile hat and only really listened to modern music. In addition to considering the price, these buds are hard to beat. I would recommend these to the younger crowd and subsequently ended up giving these to my daughter and she loves them.
I was worried that these headphones would end up in the junk drawer based off of previous reviews and the lack of unbiased YouTube reviews. But I’m glad that I purchased these!! Overall would buy again.Battery life is accurate at about 15-16 hours on a single charge at 50% volume.Speaking of volume, when fitted properly, the volume is typical for other JBL products, with 50% being comfortable, and 75% volume being nearly uncomfortable.Fitment seems to be an issue for some. These fit similar to Apple EarPods with the main difference being the rubberized coating versus the high gloss of EarPods. These make an excellent Bluetooth replacement for Apple’s corded counterparts at roughly the same price.Bluetooth 5.0 will initially result in the expected video ... These make an excellent Bluetooth replacement for Apple’s corded counterparts at roughly the same price.Bluetooth 5.0 will initially result in the expected video latency. But that seemed to have mostly resolved itself after adjusting my device settings.Sound quality is excellent for what these are: a direct Bluetooth replacement for standard wired earbuds. The sound signature is balanced, which may explain the negative reviews. Buyers in this segment are typically looking for a V shaped sound signature. Once I adjusted the EQ on my device, and properly fit them, all of my fears went away.Occlusion. If you’re not a fan of occlusion, then these open design headphones should work just fine! They worked well on a run, and I didn’t experience the stethoscope sounds I normally get with TWS headphones. My only nit pick is with the cable… not about the length, but with the use of flat cables between the earbud and battery pack. The flat cables cause the earbuds to flex in the wrong direction, sometimes resulting in the earbuds moving in or out of the ear. I would like to see round cables closer to the ear.I think these headphones would also benefit from a cable clip to keep the battery pack from sliding to one side.Waterproofing would be a nice addition as well.In all, I’m happy with my purchase, and believe there’s a place for headphones like these for those that have longer workouts, or need to be able to hear their surroundings without a transparent mode. They’re simple to use, and easy to replace if lost or broken. If a more outdoor oriented model existed, I would happily buy or review.
I own these earphones for about six months now, and the left earbud's volume is much lower than the right one. It's not broken or damaged, since if I up the volume to max on my phone, the left earbud plays at a correct volume. It seems like a fixable problem, but no one at JBL seems to know how to fix it, or even know what their product is. Under some other one star review on this page, someone complained about the same problem, and JBL replied "You may try to perform a factory reset by placing both earbuds in the charging box, press and hold the button on the Right pod for more than 5 seconds." THERE IS NO CHARGING BOX. It's designed without any; a look at the image of the product will tell you that.I've followed other instructions of other replies, updated the ... I bought these earbuds over a year ago. They still work perfectly! They have great sound quality. I use them for listening to music, watching videos, and phone calls. The cord connecting the two earbuds is longer than I expected, but it's good because if I'm wearing something with a collar or hood I can tuck the cord underneath and it stays nice and secure. I searched a long time for earbuds this shape and without the gummy things, and I'm happy to say these fit in my ears pretty well and are comfortable. Pairing is quick and easy. The quickstart guide included in the packaging was helpful and made it easy to understand the buttons' functions. I got the blue color and it is really nice. The JBL Tune 215 TWS in ear headphones are a slightly larger than other ear buds I have used but still manage to fit well and are comfortable for hours of use. The headphones feel very durable and solid. They remain securely seated in my ears while moving around or lightly exercising. The overall sound is well balanced on the top end with a ton of bass that gives music a solid deep sound. I enjoy extremely bass heavy music and love the clarity and depth of the low end. These headphones really shine on any music where bass essential yet all types of music sound well. One area that needs improvement is the physical push button on the headphones. The button requires a decent amount of force and is fairly painful on the ears when pressed. The controls the buttons offer are useful and straight forward but I tend to use the device I am connected to for control to avoid pressing the ear buds into my ears.Battery life is adequate and the headphones charge quickly in their case. I never ran out of power while using them. Calls were clear and the people on the other end could hear me well.Overall the JBL Tune 215 TWS are a nice everyday set of True Wireless earbuds.

BUY these if theyre under $50.only used several hours so far, but will use constantly and will update immediately if theres issues in near future. i expect 6 months from headphones, so will list issues within first 3-4 if there are any, but feels solid.sorry its 3 pages may reduce redundancies.
