JBL Tune 310C USB-C Wired In-Ear Headphones - Red

Item is authentic and comes with 1 year local warranty, which is great. My issue is, the earphones have this weird sensitivity when you touch the port or the wire. You can hear the noise from inside the earphones when your wire grazes your desk or body or fingers. It’s distracting. It ruins the listening experience, because you can hear the tapping sounds on the wire. You must stay absolutely still so the wire does not bump against anything and create noise inside the earphones.Seller is 5/5. Product is 2.5/5. Not the shop’s fault.

Good sound quality

The earphones are very comfortable, they are not too hard or too soft in the ear. Only after prolonged use do they begin to feel uncomfortable. The sound quality is good. It uses stereo audio and has a lot of detail. Individual instruments can be heard and distinguished. The buttons to turn the sound up and down are very practical. The earbuds work well with USB-C devices like your phone or Nintendo Switch. The wire is flat, which is a shame, I am more a fan of rounder wires concerning damage. These earphones have the best sound quality of all my wired earphones.

Not good

Have got the delivery day before yesterday. Using it with my Pixel 4a and I have to tell you – it's not a good experience so far at all. The sound quality is ordinary. I suspect this might have something to do with the USB C used in Pixel 4a. But that should not be the case though. It is supposed to serve USB C enabled devices universally, I assume. Otherwise, JBL should mention which are the devices that are going to be the best fits for this one.Second thing, a very problematic one – when I take a call using this one, it keeps echoing my own voice and captures all the ambient sounds as well. Funny part is, JBL customer care still says it's 10-6 only and not 10-5:30. Fantastic sync-up between them, I must say!Also, JBL does not keep any room for returning the product if you think, as in if you genuinely feel, that the product's sound quality is not upto the mark. As far as I know, they do not have any experience store either here at Kolkata, where we could at least get to have some first-hand experience of the product before purchasing.Mistake that I made – I went on to purchase this without seeing any review whatsoever and just by blindly trusting on the brand JBL and my past experience of JBL products. Now I am paying a price of it of course. I'd try to visit the service centre once again, with no hope though, that it can be replaced, or even if it get replaced – that would hardly change anything as far as the product experience is concerned. I'm not a fan of wireless earbuds for health reasons, that said quality corded earbuds are getting harder and harder to find.These fit great out of the box, I didn't need to switch out the ear piece to one of the other included sizes. The controls are very tactile and easy to use, compared to most corded earbuds out there (I'm looking at you Apple- form over function madness). The flexible cord greatly reduces tangles and cord knots. The price is very reasonable.My only gripe is that they lean towards being bass heavy. They are not atrociously bass heavy as many other earbuds, but they definitely lean towards the bass-y side of things. This is a bit of a nitpick and reflects my preference for a more neutral sound. These USB-C headphones are great for a backpack pair if your wireless ones aren't available. I didn't find anything special about these. The wire for them are flat and doesn't tangle that much. I would say that the sound quality is standard but doesn't offer any bells or whistles. I did not like how the controls are as high on the wire that goes into your ear. I would think that it would be on the main cord. The controls also only paused music but doesn't pause when watching videos on social media. Also, I don't like how this doesn't have a clip to attach to your clothes while using them and find that the cord material gets stuck to certain clothing materials. Since these plug into the charger port, you obviously can't use them and charge your phone at the same time.

I have to be honest - it has been a while since I have used headphones that were not completely wireless. There are just those times / situations where being wired makes sense and for my fiancé and myself we found ourselves in that pickle so we gave these headphones a shot. What kind of situation might that be? It's like wired internet versus wireless internet, one may be more convenient from lack of wires but overall connection is always better with a physical wire, it just is what it is.Having said that - we've both been pleased with the connectivity (flawless of course!) - the flat cable is a nice touch and it does seem to move around clothing / the body / etc. fairly well without getting tangled. It's fairly easy to get into a pocket etc. also. Neither of us are massive audiophiles (in the sense of being super picky about EQ levels) so we don't tend to mess with EQ settings a whole lot so it's nice to have the equalizer preset button - we both prefer bass.I have not noticed any complaints or issues with the microphone quality, and sound quality is honestly very good for the price of the headphones..my music sounds great to my ears, and the people I've spoke with came through clear. My fiancé reports similar results and we have had a few phone calls while she's been working, no issues for me to report about.If she is happy, I am of course happy :)Price to performance on these in my opinion is very good, really cannot go wrong!The USB-C connectivity has been great since most devices seem to be moving that direction, so we already have chargers and phones that support it as a direct connection - simple plug and play.

The JBL Tune 310C are very good for a pair of in earphones that you can take anywhere without having to worry about battery life or taking a charger. The sound is crisp and not bass heavy although the bass is definitely there but it is not too much. Was able to take advantage of the Hi-Res feature and I can hear a difference in the sound since it sounds clearer, this also depends on the music app/service and if they offer Hi-Res audio. When it comes to comfort JBL provides 2 additional sizes so I was able to select the ear tips that best fits my ears, this also helps with sound and sound isolation. Some devices require that you change the sound options since the audio will not automatically output to the headphones. I had to manually select the earphones when using them on my laptop but it was not big issue, a quick fix. The controls are easy to use and get used to. The mic does a good job at picking up my voice during phone calls and activating my phone assistant when using my device. I'm happy with this product and the sound quality. Keep up the good work.
