Utterly gorgeous! Love, love, love it on my husband but we also found it smelled good on me (female) too. It's masculine but has enough sweetness & vanilla for it to be a good evening winter fragrance for men or women (or anyone who enjoys aromatic sweet vanillas). It reminds me of Paco Rabanne's One Million EDP or Mon Guerlain Intense in that respect. Lasts brilliantly. Arm length projection & good sillage for the first 5 hours. Lasts days on clothes. I'm sure this one will go down in fragrance history as masterpiece like Bleu De Chanel, Creed Aventus, Dior Homme etc & eclipse the OG Le Male. One for all year round for men. Just super sexy! Mmmmm.

Lavender and some powdery scents, bring this one to women with a lot of smiles. It’s a very complimented cologne, and my results have been solid. It’s an upgrade over the original. Projection is two feet for 4 to 5 hours. Eventually it becomes a.skin scent, but somehow it occasionally flares up again. I’m not sure how this happens, but I think this makes the cologne even more appealing. As for its scent trail, the only way to describe it is mind blowing. You won’t want to wear this in the summer. That’s unfortunate, but fall and winter, or cooler spring days give it decent versatility. At its price this is among the best. A lot of thought went into this, and it’s my favorite JPJ. Made in France with high quality, you can get this for around $100. That’s a awesome bargain, as this is a naughty panty dropper. Yes it’s bad boy in a bottle, and dress up with this one. It has proven to break through, and deliver much appreciated results. You will find it comes in a strange can too, but when a cologne is this sensual, it’s worth the eccentric marketing.

Delicious and Unisex

What an addicting beautiful scent! This is the best man fragrance so far for my taste. I've bought it for my son, who is not a perfume guy, but he loves this one! My husband loves it as well and I do love it for myself since it's definitely a unisex scent. Very soft, ambery, powdery, delicious, sexy, sweet with woody undertones. Great for night out or special event or a signature scent. Not very loud, but projecting well and very long lasting. I can smell it on my clothing the next day. I bought it for my son, but now my whole family in love with this fragrance and use it!

Fancy but not overpowering - worth the splurge

I have been wearing this scent all week - it really got me! I was not expecting to enjoy this as much as I have. The woody smell combined with (spice and a hint of sweet) feels great on the skin and for me is not too overpowering. Not a heavy wearer of scents but this hits the mark. It lasts all day - but obviously gets weaker as the day progresses. With that said - our end of a long day sniff test suggested it is also long-lasting! Great smell

I absolutely love perfume. I literally have 20 to 30 different perfumes on my dresser and in my closet right now. So when I received my Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Le Parfum I was super stoked. The first thing I noticed after trying my new perfume was my wife kept coming up to me and telling me wow you smell amazing. The second thing I noticed was how long the scent lasted. So when you have a fragrance that your wife loves and lasts all day, youve hit the jackpot . I have a feeling it will be staying there for a very long time. This is definitely a five star product. Love it!

I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and familiarity imparted by this perfume. I think the vanilla blend is just perfect. This parfum has enough longevity to last the day and I would wear this daily and even to work. It makes me feel sophisticated, classy and yet not too overpowering and masculine. The packaging and perfume bottle looks elegant and that black gives it a really manly look. More importantly, my wife gives it the tick smell wise so would definitely be part of my wardrobe going forward. Note: I was gifted a product sample to trial and review.

Smells nice even after a few hours

I’ve tried both Le Male and Le Beau. Both are very nice fragrances I could wear for any occasion. Le Male has a nice punchy scent that only gets better as it mellows out. This one definitely should be applied sparingly and well before you head out! Le Beau definitely has the dominant sandalwood tones that smell like you’ve just walked in a timber workshop. Very earthly and ironically more “masculine” smelling compared to Le Male. Its aroma is also quite sharp so no need to spray generously. Overall, as mentioned before, these two perfumes would suit well whether you’re at work or heading out to party.

Strong masculine fragrance

I found this fragrance to be quite strong but yet masculine. Notes of Vanilla and lavender are noticeable for me. It’s a nice combination. I was pleasantly surprised to discover notes of cardamom after wearing this for a few hours. In terms of long lasting, I found this to hold up well compared to others. I would wear this to a formal dinner or meeting. Only draw back I will say is it really hits your senses at first. So don’t put too much on. I was gifted a product sample to trial and review.

Strong, distinctive fragrance

I'm a big fan of strong smelling aftershaves, especially ones that will last on my skin/clothes for most of the day. What struck me straight away was the depth of the fragrance. It's very full bodied, and layered with different tones. From woody spiced undertones, to a more floral yet musty overtone, which compliment each other really well. The fragrance lasts for a decent amount of time throughout the day. What I like the most is that you don't need to spray on a lot, as the smell is powerful, so it will definitely last you a long time. It is expensive in comparison with other brands, but you do get what you pay for and don't need to use as much to get the lasting effect. I was gifted a product sample to trial and review.
