I ordered a personalised Jellycat bunny, a personalised cotton blanket and a my first football. Firstly, I couldn't believe how quickly this was made and sent out. Outstanding. The communication with Michelle was amazing. So quick and professional! But the surprise was when this all arrived it was gift boxed altogether, which looked absolutely amazing! Thank you so so much Michelle. You have made such a beautiful product for me new grandson.

This is the perfect gift for my one year old daughter for Easter. I didn’t receive the draft email and emailed customer service to follow up. Michelle was fantastic! I received a reply straight away and Michelle worked out why I hadn’t revived the email and had it rectified straight away. One I approved my bunny arrived very quickly and was even better than I was expecting. It was packaged beautifully and comes with a storage bag the bunny itself has such beautiful colors and is super soft. I can’t wait to give it to my daughter.
