Fantastic product. Researched a bunch and settled in this. Performs great. Attachments so easy to use. Have pressure washed the deck and all the concrete. And washing the cars has never been easier. Highly recommended 👍

3800 psi Great Unit

Very happy so far. Good value. Bought it to replace a petrol unit that puts out 2600psi and this unit feels the same. I use it to clean concrete and it does it easily. The floor cleaning unit is great - hard to use until the brushes wear in, but after that sensational great cleaning. Unit itself has some flimsy stuff like the hose and reel but everything else including the handle is very solid. Forklift driver dropped mine on pickup which cracked the base which is a real let down. Other than that, very happy. You can buy this with confidence.

Excellent all round

Purchased this model a few yrs ago now. Great value for money, based on comparison with other brands available. For the price it leaves gurney & karcher for DEAD. almost indestructible as ive used it in many different applications, & alot more powerful for this price range than popular brands in bunnings & local hardware stores. Strong parts & fittings arent an issue. Has not failed me yet. Will certainly buy this brand again.

Good product at a great price

Having just purchased the Jet-USA RX550 3800psi high pressure water unit, as a replacement for a less powerful brand and model, I was extremely happy and a little surprised at how good this new unit is. After unpacking it I found the construction appears to be of a high quality and once used, I found that it stands head and shoulders above the older 1950psi machine it replaced. Although around 23 kg it is a little heavier to move around, the solid wheels make this task fairly simple. The 10 meter roll up hose is easy to control and the additional 20 meter of extension is a real bonus. There is a jet for every purpose and the built in detergent dispensing container works well. I am very happy with this product and think it is great value for money.

Great but died young

I bought this unit 2 years ago but I didn't take it out of the box for nearly 1 year (due to other higher priorities). When used, it worked really well on pavers, concrete block walls etc. I also used it to clean out my roof gutters and it was doing a great job. But then it started playing up, as if the motor was dying. There is now very little pressure and I ended up using the garden hose instead. I bought this unit because of the PSI rating and price. I was very happy until it basically died. I don't think I over-used it, noting it is of commercial grade, and I only used it around the house. I may have just got a lemon, so am considering buying another JetUSA, maybe a different model?

Great for vehicles but definetely not as powerful as it says

I detail cars and after having a 8hp petrol washer i thought id give one of these a go, the machine itself is not to bad pressure, is great for vehicles but not as much as the box says for to much big cleaning jobs. The soaper works really well and different nozzles are awesome and helpful for different jobs, but the floor cleaner is very cheaply made and doesnt work for cleaning the ground or walls your best to use the nozzles so dont buy for the floor cleaner. For the money your prob best to buy a machine that performs the way its meant to as this lacks a little bit. If just for washing home vehicles mainly then this is perfect but for the $ you could probably get a cheaper model for that.

Great product with assortment of accessories

The product is excellent for use with the wand high pressure hose, and general use of the all the attachments except the floor brush. The car and 4x4 came up great and very quick with the car and window brush attachments. The car polish mixer or reservoir is a great add-on. I found the floor brush to be severely lacking to the point where I believed it to be faulty. I needed to cleanup the concrete driveway and expected the floor brush would be the way to go. However it failed to even partially clean the area. I am told it is meant for decking and other sensitive surfaces. The wand, as expected finished the job where the floor brush failed. Highly recommended, great results, value for money

Very pleased with this product, it does an excellent job. We purchased it mainly to remove all the built up grime from our long concrete driveway and brick pavers that had built up over more than 25 years. We had expected that the rotary brush be best for the task, but found that it was slow going so we tried the turbo wand attachment instead which did a surprisingly good job, removing the dirt very quickly and easily. The transformation is fantastic. The extra 20m hose length is very handy for large areas. The only downside is having to remember to release the trigger every 2 minutes during use, but that is a minor issue considering what a great job this machine does.

Pressure is good, but I'm not sure it's 3800psi., the instructions state it will improve when run-in. Haven't tried all the attachments yet, but the curved metal gutter cleaning extension is barely useable as the length of the tube combined with the pressure at the outlet end creates a large force backwards, - you have to struggle to hold it in place. I used the pressure washer for hours and had no issues with it overheating or cutting out, but time will tell. Uses Cheap Parts and Leaks

This came quick, didn't really get a chance to use it straight away until I had time off work. When I open the box up, just utter disappointment with the quality of materials provided. It's quite disappointing that this item leaks. It's fixable if you have proper rubber seals and washers. It doesn't come with any and most of its connections will leak. I wonder how it's gotten a high review. The instructions were flimsy, and pretty much a horrible system. I do regret purchasing this and it's sitting in the shed now probably remain unused until i get proper washers for it.
