Regulated, Intelligent Power Supply is a tightly controlled design that maintains full power output from any impedance between 1.5 and 4 ohms per channel and at any supply voltage from 11 to 14.5 volts. Selectable 12-decibel/octave (Butterworth) or steep 24-decibel/octave (Linkwitz-Riley) filters with calibrated potentiometer make it easy to extract optimum performance from your speaker and subwoofer systems. A proprietary protection circuit monitors the amplifier’s thermal condition, rolling back peak output power until the amplifier cools down to a safe operating temperature. For single or multiple amplifier installations, standard mounting screws with corner caps and lateral mounting feet are provided. An optional stacking kit is also available for mounting one amplifier atop another. Combating induced cable noise, this technology allows for the use of conventional RCA cables while delivering many of the benefits of a true balanced connection and accepting a wide range of input signal levels.
