I bought these to use at my desktop while working. Needed something to block out all the noise of nearby building works etc. The cord of my headphones is too short when plugged in and they are also rather heavy. So I thought these would be perfect. They look great. They work well. They fit well. I love the magnetic snap of the storage box. But the sound is awful! More tinny than my phone's speaker and that says a lot. They also don't block out any outside noise at all, which defeats the purpose. Will no doubt languish in my drawer forever.

I don’t usually write reviews but these earbuds deserve a review. If you’re considering Bluetooth earbuds, buy these. The sound is amazing, the touch features are perfect and they last 32+ hours. Can’t believe the price point!I bought the Apple version years ago and returned because I found them too crisp/tinny. These have equalizer settings just by tapping the earbuds to select between three settings. Bass booster is excellent. No need to install any apps as all the controls are done by tapping the earbud.I have JBL and Beats products and these are right up there with them.Can’t recommend them enough. What a steal. You will not regret this purchase.

received these a few days ago and man am I so glad to have these! I was becoming more and more frustrated with my Apple AirPods which were uncomfortable. In my teens I loved headphones that had a gummy texture to their earbuds, which I searched to find but either the texture wasn’t comfortable or the price was outrageous. I was scrolling on Facebook one day and I saw a friend post about them, with others comments voicing their satisfaction of their purchase! I IMMEDIATELY bought them and sent links to my family urging them to do the same. I’m so happy with this purchase, and I can’t wait to purchase more products!

I recently purchased these at the start of August and yall! I have them on me 24/7! They last me days without having to re-charge. I'm always on the go and constantly take calls and listen to music. The touch sensors are ON POINT! I don't need my phone in my hand to do anything. They have built in small micro mics. I've never had bad audio on a call. I'm currently using these as I type this review. I have sensory issues and it is absolutely great that I found a pair of earphones that are automatically noise-canceling. This is not my first time using JLab earphones. I bought a more expensive pair for him and I almost didn't want to give them to him because they worked so well. But now I have my own pair, and now I plan to get another pair for my mom for Christmas. I still can't believe how cheap they were. The bass, and the treble, are perfectly equalized even before I change the frequency settings. Thank you guys again, I can't even describe how grateful I am to find this brand.

Technically, you can with these, however, one tap turns the volume down on the left, and one tap turns the volume up on the right... . Pause playback is only available as a double tap on the right. So how, exactly, are you supposed to use only the left or right if you can't turn volume up and down and pause with just one earbud? The ability to pause and resume playback controls on each separate earbud is absolutely essential.This is misleading advertising in my opinion.Other than that, the sound is fine, and will do for someone who wants to wear both to listen to music. I have the regular JLab earbuds and I loved them so much that i got the tones version! The tones have a longer battery life than the regular earbuds- but same great audio quality, easy pairing, easy user controls, and charge easily in their case. I was so happy to see the tones earbuds from JLab because it's so much more inclusive than other brands and I think that's really impressive and important. I am a white woman but finding a shade that works for my skin tone is really hard because I have a pink tint to my skin. My first pair worked out fine. However, after about 6 months of regular use, one earbud started to die. Now it's month 7 and sound barely even comes out of the one earbud that was starting to die.Bought a 2nd pair, and the left earbud was mostly dead on arrival. I like these earbuds for the comfort and noise canceling, but it is getting frustrating having to buy new earbuds after every few months only to have to pray that both earbuds work and stay working! This is not worth $25. More like $15 at most...
How come it took this long for anybody to develop flesh colored bluetooth headphones?! When the first small bluetooth headsets for calls actually came out, I spray-painted one of them flesh color. Of course, that bright stupid blue blinking light always defeated the purpose of being discreet. I finally received my air,tomes and I got the perfect color by trying on the virtual try on. From 3 feet away, the headphones look like they are part of my ear. Aside from them sounding great already, I can easily blend in the office and in any attire without looking stand-offish listening to music. Suggestion, can you put a tiny hole for a metal ring or lanyard or carabiner for the case? Or at least sell covers for the cases with carabiners. I am an audiophile and usually ... I am an audiophile and usually listen to high-end wired headphones on DAC players. The JLABS signature EQ setting on this is excellent! Nice highs and good lows. If you like bass, the bass EQ is deep enough, sometimes over-bearing. But for Electronica, Jazz, Classic Rock, the signature EQ setting on this thing is perfect! This is my first JLABS so I’m surprised they sound like this for this price. Mind blown! Also, make the different colors bigger on your website so that we can compare them against our skin also with our phone display aside from the virtual try-on. I hope you guys will keep making flesh colored devices for years to come. I need to buy some more for my parents and siblings!

I've used JLab products for over 5 years, and they're very consistent. the sound and microphone quality do degrade after regular use, but the pair before the replacements I just bought must have lasted at least a couple of years. the fit is comfortable (but I have very average ears). with other sets of true wireless earbuds, one earbud or the other usually goes out. so far, this hasn't happened.I did knock one star off because the mesh over the speaker (?) fell off of my last pair, and I don't like the way the sound quality and mic degraded over time. overall, I think JLab makes consistently good products.
