These earbuds are terrific! They sound great, I love the slate color, they fit well, and charges last forever. So why only 4 stars? A couple of things.Firstly, I bought these specifically to use with my Switch Lite, and getting them to consistently connect correctly is often frustrating. I basically have to have them unpaired from every other device, plus have the Switch in airplane mode, then take the buds from the case and turn airplane mode back off. Even then, it doesn't always work. However, they pair first time, every time with phones, PCs, and a Chromebook. It's just the Switch that's a problem. The other issue is minor, but it can be tricky to get the earbuds out of the case. Maybe it's just me, but especially the left one pops back to the magnet before I ... MoreThese earbuds are terrific! They sound great, I love the slate color, they fit well, and charges last forever. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.Overall, these are highly recommended for most uses, and I'm still pretty happy with them. Oh, and they fit perfectly in silicone cases for airpods.

I just bought these. I got them, after coupons and free shipping, for 17.89. I will say for that low of a price you had me sold! The sound quality is good. While it isn't sony stereo levels, its high quality and pleasant! There isn't any rattling or anything with the bass, and the EQ settings are decent. The design/looks are adorable! This is a very small set of headphones. I will also say I ADORE the built in usb cable, as this should be standard across most devices. My one grievance is the headphone case. It is a little difficult to get the headphones out of the case, there isn't really a spot to dig your fingers into to grab them. The quality does feel a little cheap, but that's okay, I didn't pay a pretty penny. I would only grab them if they're cheap, they are ... MoreI just bought these. I have had my fair share of earbuds from some of the bigger brands out there, Sennheiser, Apple Pros 1 and 2, Bose and the newer Beats. I will not take away from them because they all sounded great and were what one would expect when paying $200 a pop. What I will say is that hands down these Go Air Pop True Wireless Earbuds that I recently picked up were not anything like I expected them to be, first things first the price point is unbelievable and I think I only paid !0% of what I paid for any of the ones I mentioned above and secondly the sound quality, features, battery life and over all build is on par with every previous pair of earbuds I have had and in some of these areas considerably better. Matter of fact I've been looking at some of your flagship models and am extremely eager to give them a whirl because if these are this good at this price point I cant imagine how impressed I'll be with your top tier.Thank you guys for taking a sense of pride in what it is you do it has not gone unnoticed. I'll be taking these thoughts and feelings to X and posting about them in my community soon as well. The worlds big brands have got to know that there is some serious competition out there for them and people need to know that they have a choice and they dont have to sacrifice any of there expectations or hard earned money. Thanks Again guys,The Silver Shib, lol

I've been using my new Go Air Pop wireless earbuds for a few weeks now. For reference, I also own Jabra 75t sport wireless earbuds (discontinued, I believe), and bought the Jlab buds when I temporarily lost the charging case for the Jabra's. I mention this since I am comparing the budget-friendly jlab buds with the more pricey Jabra buds. So far, I am happy and impressed with the jlabs! The sound works well for me, although I don't listen to music as much as I do podcasts and audiobooks. The buds work well with making and receiving phone calls. They are also tough, since they have fallen on the floor several times and haven't broken or been scratched so far. This brings me to my one main criticism, which is the same as for the Jabra's. They are also tough, since they have fallen on the floor several times and haven't broken or been scratched so far. This brings me to my one main criticism, which is the same as for the Jabra's. The buds fall out of my ears if I smile, eat when I'm wearing them, basically if I move my face muscles in any way. I have tried the smaller tips and I have the same problem. I used Jaybirds in the past and appreciated the "fins" that they included with the buds. They really kept the buds in my ears. Aside from that, I don't have any other criticism of my jlabs at this point. I have the light purple, which is nice and not flashy. I don't mind not having an app for my phone, which I have for the Jabra buds, since I hardly ever used the app. My jabra buds have lasted for over a year with no issues, so we'll see how the jlabs do in time. Thanks to Jlab for offering a quality product at a budget-friendly price.
When I went to register my earbuds online, they didn't offer a choice for the earbuds I actually purchased - JLAB Go Air Tones. Love the color of the ones I chose, which match my lovely dark brown skin tones perfectly. Good quality for their price; they offer three "custom" EQ modes, which help. I use them primarily for audiobooks, dictation, and phone calls while driving and exercising, Hardcore music lovers will want earbuds formulated for music listening. For casual listeners, these earbuds more than do the trick.
I've bought two pairs of these, one was a replacement because I'd misplaced one earbud. Ended up finding the earbud and having two one of which I kept in a bag and a pair I kept at work. The sound is great on these, they fit well, I have notoriously small ears and usually earbuds are too large/bulky.These are comfortable, easy to pair, you can pair them as individual buds or together. The only drawback is there is no way to find an earbud you've misplaced, EXCEPT for noting whether or not your music/podcast stops after walking a certain distance away from the rogue earbud. After that, it's sort of trial and error trying to find it, of which I've always been successful.Small things get lost, so it isn't necessarily on JLAB, it would just be helpful to have a ... MoreI've bought two pairs of these, one was a replacement because I'd misplaced one earbud. I was gifted a red set by one of my managers as a Christmas gift. I am writing this review on January 1st of the next year (2024 now), so I have not yet had the opportunity to see how long they hold up.That being said, now that the important disclaimer is out of the way, These so far have proven to be incredibly durable with excellent battery life, and, by far, the best Bluetooth pairing experience I have ever known (not even something I knew could change much before experiencing these)While the Mic quality is only about what you would expect for the price point, the audio seems to match the wired 7.1 headphones I have in clarity and even the charging case being designed to fit reversibly in a USB-A port are all well and above luxuries I never would have ... MoreI was gifted a red set by one of my managers as a Christmas gift. If you are looking for compact easy to use earbuds and want to get the most for your money, I can not recommend these enough.I am currently planning on getting a second pair so I can have one for my laptop and one for my phone, though this is only needed due to how the phone and computer fight over all Bluetooth devices, not because there is really a need for it.
Audio quality isn't what I was expecting having bought similar ear buds from jlabs in the past, they sit quite on the tin sounding side. I was hoping to adjust it with the equalizer in the app which was promoted in the packaging, but unfortunately the app doesn't support the go air pop yet. The form factor is quite small which is nice and I line the fact that the indicator led light on the ear buds are quite small and discreet. The be aware setting amplifies the wind a considerable amount, but I can hear externally just fine without that setting during my dog walks. The case lid feels cheap and doesn't like to stay upright while I'm trying to get the buds out. They're fine enough but I likely won't get these again.
For the price, can't fault them and they're good in a pinch (My puppy chewed my beats earbud, nearly turned me into Cruella Deville) but like the title says you get what you pay for.Decent earbuds for the first few months of use, sound quality is pretty good and overall volume at the top end doesn't struggle and is actually pretty loud. However once the problems start, they don't go away. i’ve been using jlab earbuds for years now and they’ve worked well for the most part. that is, until they don’t. i got a pair of jlab go air pop’s a few years back and they worked great. noise cancelling was amazing, sound was great, and they fit comfortably in my ears pretty well. but one day when i tried to use them, only the right one would show any signs of actually working— the left one would just slowly blink blue and now respond to anything i tried to do to it. i tried multiple different troubleshooting methods— from the ones in the manual to random ones i found on reddit— and none of them seemed to work. if anything, they made it worse; one of the troubleshooting methods i tried made it so that the earbuds connected to the same device separately, and only ... Morei’ve been using jlab earbuds for years now and they’ve worked well for the most part. that is, until they don’t. i got a pair of jlab go air pop’s a few years back and they worked great. noise cancelling was amazing, sound was great, and they fit comfortably in my ears pretty well. but one day when i tried to use them, only the right one would show any signs of actually working— the left one would just slowly blink blue and now respond to anything i tried to do to it. i tried multiple different troubleshooting methods— from the ones in the manual to random ones i found on reddit— and none of them seemed to work. if anything, they made it worse; one of the troubleshooting methods i tried made it so that the earbuds connected to the same device separately, and only one could be connected at a time. i tried contacting customer service but they did a whole lot of nothing to help. my mom even gave me her perfect condition pair but the same issue happened within a few weeks of using them.so really only buy these if you don’t plan on using them for that long or if you only use one earbud at a time
