I honestly couldn’t even try this. Until last night I took a shower alone without my husband because when he takes a shower with me he uses the shampoo and I then get WAT turned off by the smell. I gag. So this time with no pre smell of it I said “ok Lea time to at least give it a try†so I held my breath as long as I possibly could and put a quarter size of shampoo into my hair lathered it as much as I could on my scalp which there was practically no lather and if your looking for lather this is not it and if you don’t like coconut then this is definitely not it. These came at a great time because I am definitely in the market to try some new hair washing products. We have always used Johnson's baby powder for all the babies in the family. I remember we had bought it for my nephew also, and then for my daughter and now for my son. It's safe to use and smells good. My son loves it. Especially during summer keeps them cool. Just put the powder after bath time and during sleep time, and they will feel good. I have sensitive skin so waxing could breakdown easily if I wasn’t to it right. First, I exfoliation the sugar scrub and raise it well with water then applied Johnson baby power and quickly massaged, after it well then applies the wax. My skin never has any burns, itching, and beyond. Highly recommend this product.

Johnsons Baby Powder Lavender is my all time favorite. I'm a thick girl, so I always put it on after a shower in certain spots (I think you ladies know where I mean).. so i use it before bedtime after the shower, and I love everything about it. When i put it on, it is so smooth, and soft! The smell is so great too.. just a hint if lavender, which is just enough to identify. Exactly what I love! I always get the big 22oz bottle and it lasts quite awhile. For under $5, you can't ask for a better product. Johnsons is high quality powder & it legit saves my life, especially in the summer! It prevents chafing, & heat rash in between my legs and under my breasts.. I'm sure we all have been there! Well.. Disappointed

I have been using Johnson's products for ever, always love them all. I purchased a few containers of this new version. Firstly, do not like the scent at all. Second the cover does not close well. Its leaking although it been closed. I tried close it half way, three quarters way and fully closed. Turn it up side down and all the powder fall out like its fully open. I realize it when dusting and the container fall over a few times. Its a mess on the counter. I am wondering if it will become cold and clumpy inside by not being closed. The cover is very, very cheap, the old ones used to have a protector under the cap, this does not have any. Can you please, please improve the covers of these containers. Thank you.

Gritty texture!

I've used this product for decades on my children and myself and have always loved the soft, silky feeling. Just recently I bought 4 containers of it and the texture was GRITTY! This was a shock because this product has always been silky smooth textured. I rubbed it into my skin and it smoothed out somewhat, but still felt more than a little sandy. The scent was also different. All 4 containers were the same! What happened here? Is this the way it's going to feel now or was this a bad batch? I wasted a lot of money on a product I can't use. BEWARE!!!

Johnson's cornstarch baby powder- Better quality

I've used the Walmart equate baby powder for year's because it was cheaper. However after comparing the Equate brand to the Johnson's baby powder I noticed a major difference. Johnson's corn starch baby powder not only absorbs better but it also lasts longer as a drying powder on your skin. The Equate brand doesn't absorb as well and it tends to get mushy and pasty. Pay a little more and buy the Johnson's cornstarch baby powder. It's a matter of quality.

Using it on my face and body.

I hate the feel of greasy sunscreen so I used this baby powder to dry it up a bit. I use sunscreens w avobenzene and it cannot be combined w most face powders, I have since sourced powders without titanium zinc or iron oxides. But tbh, this worked really well too. And I still use this for sunscreen on my body. The trick is to use a brush or sponge after the sunscreen has rested a few minutes and apply it very carefully and lightly in layers, especially for the face. You do not want to move the sunscreen around. So tap tap tap ever so gently and lightly until it starts to look matte. And less is more.
