Joico K-Pak Reconstructing Shampoo 300 ml

It's no wonder that Joico has already been elected as the best hair care brand in the world. ALL of your products are wonderful. In addition to visibly restoring hair from the first use, the line still smells wonderful. The K-pak line has a delicious and smooth banana scent, in addition to rebuilding, strengthening and nourishing the hair. The mask alone is already a miracle. I have bleached hair and only Joico products recover from chemical damage. If you are insecure, you can buy without fear. if you prefer, buy a travel size to do a test because you will be surprised

This is one of the best conditioners I’ve ever used. It leave my bleached hair feeling like silk. I tried this after being disappointed by the Olaplex conditioner and wow, what a Hail Mary! I shampoo once or twice. Week and come shampoo day, my ends are usually feeling dry but this seems to have put an end to that. I highly recommend this product!

This conditioner is my second favorite color depositing conditioner but I still give it 5 stars. There’s a different one that I have used and I cannot remember the name but I’m pretty sure you can only get it if you have a cosmetology license. My hair stylist would get it for me all the time but anyway, the Joico one you can buy at Ulta and it’s fairly priced. This is very good for anyone who wants to keep their vibrant red hair just as vibrant as day 1 out of the salon! Be careful when rinsing it out though, it does look like a murder scene in your tub you just have to quickly rinse it off the walls of the shower and make sure that your drain doesn’t clog easily, and if it does, pour some drain-o because if you let the colored water sit for too long it WILL leave a permanent stain. Learned that the hard way when I didn’t get the security deposit back on my old apartment because of the red stained tub. Oops! But if it drains quickly, you’ll be fine. Your hair comes out feeling very soft, smells great and your hair will have a fresh red vibrancy. I would highly recommend this to anyone that has a hard time getting red color to stick!

Joico’s K-Pak line is amazing. I’ve been using the shampoo conditioner for over a decade now (off and on cause I love to try new things as well). The K-Pak line has never failed me and I used to fry my hair like it was an egg on a skillet, with bleach. This line has saved my hair many times and kept it in good condition after chemical treatments, etc. This is something I recommend to anyone who says they have damaged hair. It smells really nice too! I’ve grown attached to the scent cause I’ve used Joico K-Pak for so many years now!

Joico is one of the better brands out there for the professional. I can say that the smell is far better than many shampoo and conditions available. It has a nice light clean smell, without the heavy perfumes. Biolage always reminds me of weeds and I avoid like the plague. K-Pak was designed for repair and does just that. It will feel heavier on hair and if you tend to have oily hair, it's probably not for you. With the conditioner, avoid the scalp. But then again, if you have dry or damaged hair, you probably aren't having issues with oily hair. As with all professional products, buy from a professional and ask for advice. This is a superior brand and works as it's meant to. I highly recommend.

I got some thyroid problems after having my kids, some hair fall, live in FL now with crappy water and I even have a pool with chlorine. I am outside a lot. I have backed off highlights because my hair is fine but a lot of it and it was FRAGILE. Never broke in my life until recently. So now I tone the heck out of my damaged previously balayaged hair with professional smoke blue products at a salon to kick the orange brass out of my light brown hair. And even with peroxide developer of only 8 (shades EQ) not, 20 or even 10 I have a rat’s nest. So Joico. Pros. It IS light. Because it doesn’t have to be heavy as it is chock full of proteins and lightweight conditioners. It also has a Ph of 4.5 to 5.5. What’s Ph good for ? Let me expound. So since I have a pool, certain Phs make chemicals either work better or worse. Like, you need less expensive chlorine if you keep your Ph not too alkaline (ph over 7). For your hair, our bodies are at a 6.5 or so, so ph balanced shampoos and conditioners are important because soap is VERy alkaline. The more alkaline, the more the cuticle is lifted like shingles on a house. The more lift, the tougher, the more color loss, the more protein AND moisture loss. So the trick of using an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse applies here. You WANT an ACIDIC product to SHUT down that cuticle. Especially after deep conditioning, coloring or toning. And for those of you who swim, if that gorgeous hair of yours stays wet, like for an HOUR, you’ve lost protein, the moisture that binds to protein, color and you have severely weakened it. 1 swim. 1 hour wet. Enter Color Endure. It’s Ph is a relatively LOW 4.5 -5.5 which is PERFECT for my high porosity, damaged, colored hair. Is it super moisturizing like Tigi Heavens Door that’s like a mask? Nope. But does it trap in that moisture from a wash day and help dry fast like a dream in the FL humidity AND detangle AND keep that cuticle down to resist heat damage and soaking up chlorine and impurities in my water? YES. My 14 year old naturally blonde but chlorinated daughter steals it all the time because it’s light, de tangles, and works. We have zero split ends between us from this bananas smelling product. Now I have a ton of masks and I love Wen and I just like creamy stuff like Dumb Blonde Reconstructer. But everything is heavy on my roots, and a lot of my damage is along my part and front pieces from the sun. If you do the Wen advice and leave in but rinse rinse (like 3 minutes with scrubbing scalp with fingers) rinse I don’t have any grease or build up. I also twist it into my ends at the end of my shower (1 squirt). I could Take a picture of all the hair products I own but this one I buy when it runs out. That’s high praise. My go to shampoo! I love changing my hair color and I've definitely pushed my hair to its melting point. The K-pak line has bright my hair back from the driest, dullest states to healthy hair. The smell is great, it's cost effective, and a little goes a long way. I've always liked a good lathering shampoo and this one doesn't disappoint. Leaves my color treated hair feeling great. I have used this product on and off again for years. Jocio was a favorite brand for the longest time. While I haven’t used their shampoo and conditioner in awhile. I would buy this again without question. It was my favorite in their line from the 3 or 4 different ones I have tried. Always was great for my hair, which was normal when I started using them moving into more dry damage hair. I would absolutely recommend! They also have one of my favorite purple shampoos.

This year I got into more hair care. I picked this up to basically reset my hair from natural hair buildup (scalp oils, etc) and hair product buildup. It works amazingly and my hair feels really clean, with added shine and brings bounce and volume back into my hair. It also helps with dandruff too. Added bonus it helps with removing buildup from hard water or chlorine if you swim. Definitely worth while to try. I use this once a week to once every two weeks depending on my hair needs or hair products used.
