They mint pan is lit for 2-3 egg whites or 2scrambled eggs . Be sure to use nonstick spray an order to keep your pan moist . Also works well with small fish fillet. PS do not use to boil anything because that would be a bad idea color on penguin may fade with heat if you like miny stuff this is the way to go

Cute little pan that creates the perfect shape for putting an egg on a muffin or cutting in half and putting in a pita. But.....the handle is weighted too heavily and on the burner without the eggs in it will tip over. I have a gas stove and the burners are not flat. If I put the eggs in first and then put on the burner, the weight evens out. Also, like others pointed out, be prepared to use a non stick spray and even with that, your eggs will stick. The handle can get too hot as well but I normally don't have a problem with that because I don't grab by the penquin.

My husband likes fried eggs and I'm not the best at making them. I can cook anything else in the kitchen but eggs tend to be my downfall. He snuk this into our registry and my mom got it for us. We've used it a few times and it really is the perfect little frying pan. I've been successful making fried eggs with it! Just a tad difficult to flip an egg in this.
