So disappointed. My beloved 12FS8 now has the white bad of hair at the front like Raquel Welch wigs. This is also true for Venice Blonde and Shaded Sun. With the color 12FS12 - there is no need for that white band of hair. I had to order all of the S8 colors and return each. 12FS8 is a color that should not be messed with. If one wants the white band of hair at the front - Raquel has a ton of these.

I have been wearing Julianne to work every weekday for 7 months straight, and she is still going strong. The curls have not lost much of their shape - they just have tamed down. I am a petite person, and the large barrels of the curls are a bit too much for me, and the uniformity of the curls made it look a little too wiggy, so I took a small to medium barreled curling iron (with steam, not with the curling iron turned on) and restyled just a few curls in a different direction and it looks quite realistic now. The hand-tied features are completely worth it, and I may never go with any non-handtied caps again except for summer vacations. I never have to worry about wefts showing like I did with other wigs. Thinning especially around the face helps make it more believable if there is too much hair. When it first arrived, it was very voluminous, but just washing it helped it to settle a bit too. I am going to try Victoria for the summer and may come back to reorder Julianne for the fall. If you are thinking about Julianne, wait for a sale and go for it! It is worth the extra money.

This wig is so incredibly lovely. From the first moment I put it on my head I was in love. The 100% hand tied cap is wonderful - I find that this fits me really well and I have a very average size head. The lace front is perfect - one of my favorites so far in all my wigs - natural, soft and easy to work with. I bought her in Strawberry Syrup - which is an incredible color, that you really can't capture well unless you're in natural sunlight - but its a great one.I will note some minor cons that I was not expecting (and I am a newbie still in the wig department so some of this may be par, I just don't know enough yet). I've seen other reviews where there is a rogue curl - I may need to re-do the part to hide it.In summary though, the small cons are not enough to outweigh the gloriousness of this beauty. It's a fantastic style and I would buy her again in a heart beat.

Julianne | Synthetic Lace Front Wig (Hand-Tied) by Jon Renau is the best cap construction and light weighted wig I own. The movement of the waves is natural, the feel is like one spent hours at a salon and the color works with my skint one. I have very white bio hair and wanted something that added depth and color and Martini met all my expectations.

I’ve been through many Julianne wigs not too long after Jon Renau released this style. I’ve considered brunette and auburn Juliannes my signature style, with various colors, of course. Maybe it’s overconfidence in trying to maintain them, I don’t know, but quality control is getting a little inconsistent. I’ve had the last few either die after a shorter lifespan than usual, usually due to the fiber getting too crunchy too soon, or getting more easily tangled than usual. If there is a QC issue with Julianne and other Jon Renau wigs, I hope it’s resolved soon because I truly like this brand and their choices of styles and colors.The fiber looks good on this wig, and the style flatters me as usual. But I really should not have to do that.On one other plus side, the lace front doesn’t need trimming like I have with my last few JR lace-fronts. I’m leaving that as-is.But now, I’m ok with my new and current brunette beach-wave hair. Thank you

I lost my hair after surgery , infection and months of malnutrition. My Husband gave me a buzz cut, and I found a wig shop. Julianne is my second wig purchase. I am still learning about wigs, and what feels best for me, and how I will proceed with the hair loss. The first wig was a HF synthetic wig from a local wig shop, 750 bucks, which is all I can really compare to. Julianne in 92, moonlight is the style most like I wore my natural hair, both in style and color. I learned I do enjoy permatease! I love the puffiness! I’ve been trying to lift my hair most of my life! Now It is guaranteed.This Juliane wig feels like a perfect fit on my head. It’s very light, and the hair moves like my natural hair did. I believe the curls did relax some since day 1. My wig shop wig seems revived after washing, also, but it has frizzy ends, even though I use heat on it.My next wig will be JR brand, synthetic. I was on the fence about whether to keep it or not at first because the curls were so tight, but if you finger comb it just a little they turn into nice messy waves.The cap is definitely the most comfortable I've ever worn. 10/10Hair looks pretty realistic, the density isn't too thick or too thin for me (though I had naturally thick hair so the volume makes me feel more natural).The wig looks thicker and longer than it actually is - it's quite light but there's something magical about the cut that makes it look like more hair.It does have some flyaways at the top, but no permatease.I think Jon Renau wigs are a little too shiny sometimes, and this does have that problem, but you can tone it down with a little translucent face powder (go slow, a little goes a ... I should have gotten julianne-lite-synthetic-wig-jon-renau but didnt come in color i liked. Had hairdresser think it out but still too puffy as my bio hair is very fine so all my kids just laughed. Sprayed dry shampoo which got rid of too shiny hair. Have to say cap is so comfortable. Barely notice its on my head. Feels very cool. Considering cutting shorter as may helps overall look. Feel hair overpowers my face. If you think less is more get the light version. Also lace front is very realistic as is part in the middle. Just thought would look better on me.
