I bought the Spider-Verse Jordans from StockX. These are the best sneakers I've ever had. And the multiverse aesthetic to them is very unique. StockX's verification is very good as well. They are authentic. The price was solid as well. The originals were $200 officially, and these were $230. Not too much more. These are great.... Show more

I recently had an order that got cancelled and the price of the shoe is now $100 more than the original purchase. Because StockX had already charged my credit card, I was locked into that purchase. Wanting to repurchase the shoe, I reached out to StockX support to see if I could get any credit towards the new purchase. When I reached out to customer service (a representative named "Fawzy"), my disappointment deepened. I was met with hostility and the representative kept changing the reasons why there was nothing they could do to help make up the difference. This seems like a common problem, so I am not sure why there would be flip flopping with reasons. In addition, this interaction goes against StockX's mission to "providing excellent customer service". When I ... In addition, this interaction goes against StockX's mission to "providing excellent customer service". When I asked why the representative was being aggressive in the interaction, I was hung up on.I understand if it is not in the policy to issue any credit after a buyer cancels an order. I think that is a bad policy, as it leaves buyers unprotected against any changes in price, but if that is the policy it is what it is. What I do not understand is why the customer service representative would not lead with that answer? Instead, they said that they couldn't issue anything because "the period is so close". Whatever that means.... Show more

Well, the version of the shoes I bought is like a “collector product”, so I bought them to have them as the icon of this movie in my collection. I received the product really fast, compared with other deliveries, I hope StockX have shortened their delivery times to my country because, when you have to wait for a month or so, then you feel like quitting to purchase. It feels good to have your product at your door in a week or so! So, that why I applause StockX for this delivery and product quality.... Show more

Now, before I begin, I just want to say that I’m sure StockX provides trustworthy and legitimate listings, but the Nike shoe I recently purchased from this site for over $300.00 has shaken my faith in them a little... I feel duped, you know, something isn’t quite right with what I received; however, I don’t entirely blame them for these rather unfortunate circumstances that have taken place—Of course, I blame the seller, but... We’ll get to that in more detail later, but I think I should explain what I don’t like about the Nike shoes I bought for now. When I took them out of the box and felt the overall quality of the sneaker, it felt like one of those handmade shoes from Etsy, not like a genuine Nike-made product. Who knows, maybe Nike has changed? Inflation could ... Inflation could be another factor! That’s what I thought. So I put them on and wore them for a work day, and... They were awful! The high back of the sneaker stabbed my heel, causing severe pain and discomfort; additionally, it felt very light, as if there wasn’t much overall support. And, if I’m going to pay over $300.00 for it, it had better have good support, right? Good quality materials, too! I just felt like this didn’t have that. Even if they were authentic Nike sneakers, I don’t think these types of shoes are for me, so I’m reselling them on here in the hopes of recouping some of my money! I’ll conclude with this: I cut off my original statement near the beginning of this lengthy rant to discuss what I didn’t like about what I bought, but I’ll finish what I was going to say now... StockX, as I’m sure many others believe, was once a great place to shop for rare or recently released Nike or Adidas sneakers, but I believe—as do others—that they’ve lost their way as they’ve grown as a business! I’ve heard from a variety of sources, including close friends and YouTube, that StockX has poor customer service and is rife with scammers and swindlers—and, worse, it appears that StockX simply doesn’t care about these problems! I’m surprised that nothing is being done to combat this! Like, where are you at StockX? What are you doing? Why aren’t you doing something about this!? ... I don’t know what’s going on, and I don’t wish to rant any further, but I’m concerned. Deeply. Anyway, that’s enough babbling! I only request that StockX take action... That’s all I ask. It doesn’t have to be big—just show us that you care and are doing something about it! Thank you for reading this, and please accept my apologies for dragging this out for far too long; I’m simply enthusiastic about it. I mean, I am, after all, a Sneakerhead. Thank you. God bless you, sir, and have a lovely day!... Show more
