Josco's Ceramic Flap Discs are excellent for fast aggressive stock removal and weld finishing. They cut faster and last longer than conventional flap discs, which make them ideal for weld preparation and weld seam removal. As the ceramic flap disc is used, the ceramic particles crack rather than wear, this gives a re-sharpening effect ensuring continual high performance. The plastic cut-away backs allow the discs to be easily trimmed to expose un-used abrasive cloth toward the centre of the disc, dramatically extending the useful life of these discs.
