An excellent product, designed well and good looking. But why after a week did it suddenly fall down?Put it up again, and all has been well since: but I do wonder whether I will find it on the floor of the shower again each time I go in there!Maybe someone with stronger wrists than I have is needed to put it up!

As I have only just received following delays with stupid couriers I can only report bout installing it. I only fitted it yesterday and It looks great, very neat and fit great in the corner of our shower, which important as our shower is so small. It stuck easily to the wall but have to see how it fairs when the shower is used. Plenty of room for all our shampoo and body wash bottles.

We have tried many many many times and it has NEVER stuck on our bathroom tiles. NOT EVEN ONCE. we have waited for the shower tiles to be unused and wiped it dry several times. We even used a hair dryer to make sure the tiles are dry..... It just never stuck!I love Joseph Joseph products but I am sincerely disappointed with this.

This shower shelf is fantastic. It not only looks great with its clean lines but it holds all you need and is so practical. It is very sturdy and strong with amazing suction and so easy to install. I can’t recommend this enough. Overall, excellent.
I was sceptical after many failing products that didn’t have proper suction cups or had a terrible design. But the capsule compact looks great, has a clever way to get rid of water and stays in place very well. (Even when our toddler started pulling on it, it stayed in place)
Great idea but doesn’t work in reality. We’ve had this and the two tier one for a bit over a month and in that time the smaller one has fallen off the wall three times, and this one once. I first thought the smaller one was faulty and tried to contact customer service via chat, but unable to get a response. In the meantime the large one also fell and has unfortunately damaged our fairly new shower panel and tray. Shame as was excited about no drill shelves but they ended up causing more damage than drilling.
I have had this product for 6 months now and has stayed in place perfectly. Easy to remove and clean and stores everything I need. I read reviews about not being able to hold big bottles, but I have 2 x 900ml bottles in it, as well as 4 other bottles on it too and I have had no issue whatsoever. Could not recommend more. Looks stylish, clean and compact, I get a lot of compliments on it.
The caddy fell off the wall onto my leg while I was in the shower. Really really bad. I have been unable to reattach it. I will be buying a different shower caddy as this one is dangerous. Elderly people have very thin skin and having that great heavy thing crash on my leg could have been much worse than it was. Very disappointing.
The piece looks wonderful, and the design would really help with space in the shower .. IF the suction could hold more than a bar of soap! A few minutes after a bottle of shampoo and conditioner is on it, the caddy crashes to the shower tray.Both of the hooks have now broken off and I will not be trying again incase it damages my shower cubicle!Not fit for purpose!
This is very compact and looks good.However the suction didn’t last very long. I put it up less than a month ago and it has now fallen off! In the details it says remove and put back every 3 months! However it hasn’t even been a month and it’s fallen off!I would not recommend this product!
