Carving / cutting boards which can hold large liquid volumes are hard to find. No more will carving a chicken or cutting a roast require towels layered under the board. You'll be able to save the juice for gravy easily. The small block of pyramids grips the meat without tearing. Easy handles for gripping. And nice sticky feet -- board won't slide.

Have been using a plastic chopping board for quite a while; this bamboo chopping board is definitely a fantastic replacement. Love the fact that there is no more spillage!
I already own this product and its great for slicing bread and roasts. It’s very heavy so not my everyday chopping board but a great addition to a working kitchen hence the reason I bought a second for my daughter.
Does the job without sliding as you're cutting your food. The fact that it accumulates a small amount of liquid makes the process a lot less messy.
I had one of these years ago, but was the plastic version. I gave it away when I moved house but recently bought this one. I always use it when I am cutting up a whole cooked chicken, as it collects all the juices nicely rather than running off a normal flat chopping board.
Great roast meat chopping board. Would give five stars yet it’s just very thick and doesn’t fit in our ‘board’ slot next to the wine. Not moving wine. V important to reach wine! Board captures juices for gravy very well too.

this thing is great for prep and presentation. all the juices stay in the board and not the countertop, and picking it up and moving to the table is a snap.
