Best carving board design ever! No juices running everywhere when carving a roast chicken, succulent lamb or any other meat or juicy tomatoes. Love the double sided function for chopping vegetables or to slice bread. A must for every household! Loved this Joseph and Joseph product so much that we bought another 5 as Christmas presents and each household has high praises of this frequently used kitchen cupboard addition. Thank you for a great product design!

Good shape and function but needs replacing every few years if you have lots of roasts - due to the surface getting cut about. Having said that would recommend as a much better option than flat chopping board for carving meat. 4.5/5 stars. This purchase was a replacement.

After seeing this carving tray in use we ordered two, the second one for our son. We have been using a stainless steel carving tray that was a wedding present 48 years ago. Since using the Cut and Carve Plus the old one is now permanently in the cupboard. Very happy with this product.
Good design for catching food juices. Board grips the bench well- no sliding while cutting. When cutting you don’t notice the cutting surface is sloping. I am getting used to the hollow sensation as the slope means there is a gap between the bench & underside.
I have had this cutting board for 3 to 4 years now and it has held up great. I use this for cutting everything from meats to vegetables to melons. Really like the slight slope and raised edges to catch juices. The little raised spikes on the one side work great for holding meat in place for slicing and the silicone edges keep it from sliding around. I will add photos of what it looks like today. It does have cut marks in it but other than that the little spikes that hold your food are holding up well and so is the silicone edging.
I'm really disappointed with this purchase and had I not used it it would have been returned. It has the most insignificant rubber edges that do nothing to prevent the chopping board from sliding around the work top. This is incredibly dangerous when using large sharp knives and electric knives. I'm very surprised and I think this is unusual for Joseph Joseph to have overlooked a very important design feature.
I love this board. Its design is the best I have seen with a well deep enough to effectively catch the juices from cutting watermelons to meats. Other boards have shallow wells all around the boards. This two sided-cutting board (one with points to hold the meat in place) not only catches the juices but is easy to tilt to then pour over the food. Buying a second one now for my daughter.
We love it! It is big enoug to carve a big piece of meat and the juices stay niceley on the board (it used to be dripping in the counter which is now history). Other than that we use the other side as carvingboard which is perfect for vegetables which don’t roll off the sidesThe silicon edges make it stay on the surface without moving
I really enjoy this tray. I thought it was going to be awckard to work with due to the thickness and shape, but it is not. It is a big board, you might want to measure it for your space. But I love the generous size of it. I use one side for veggies and the other side for meats. Keeps things simple for me. I also use as a tray to get all the bits and pieces for prep in a out of the fridge at the same time.I does what it is intended. Great to keep benchtops clear of meat and vegetables juices or crumbs. Which makes cleaning after a simpler process.
