Good product. I love this brand and the product design is really good. The goods also use high material quality. Love it. It not suitable for Thai cooking.

Good product, but flaw on pestle

There was a slight ridge feel on the pestle, perhaps it was a flaw in the finish, but I had to return all as I didn’t think this would be good from a hygiene perspective, otherwise it appeared to be a good sturdy product, will try to re-order

Ingenious

I waited for this to be in the sale as it is a tad expensive but like all JJ items they are quality. It seems to grind well and I like that the bamboo lid serves as a cover. Ingenious to have pestle in the lid.

Mortar and pestle

Excellent, heavy and compact, but a bit pricy, very heavy if buying at shop.

Perfect gift!

This was a gift for my son-in-law who enjoys cooking and wanted a mortar and pestle. I looked at many different ones and chose this one. He loves it.

The pestle and mortar ever!

Beautifully crafted, amazingly tactile, aesthetically pleasing and the best pestle and mortar I've come across. It was just what I was looking for. The shape and feel of the pestle is really lovely and it makes a really satisfying noise when you are grinding. The bamboo lid is a game changer for keeping herbs/spices covered and a place for the pestle to go on top. It's perfect, I love it!
