I like the look and feel of the rack and the size is perfect for me. The spikes are a good system as they hold any shape item. However, the water doesn't drain off the board well, it pools and can prevent items from drying at the point of contact, sitting in a puddle. Need to manually tip it up to nearly 45° to get the water to run off properly. Needs a more hydrophobic finish and better drainage. But I still like it.

I wanted this to put in my sink but there is a tab that sticks out so it didn’t work. Since it’s so expensive it’s going back. Otherwise the workmanship is good, solid and seems to be sturdy.

I do not like clutter on my kitchen counter and for years have used those drying mats, however, they are in the wash more than on the sink counter and I was getting fed up with them.I then saw the Joseph Joseph duo expanding dish rack. I thought that would be perfect as I could condense it down to it's smallest size when not in use and put it under the sink in a cupboard.However, I did not expect to love this dish rack as much as I do and this is sitting on my counter top in full view every day. It's great when not in use I just put it back to it's small size and it looks fantastic.I love the stainless steel and the grey colour.
