This holder is perfectly fine if you only use the smaller standard sized kitchen roll but it does not fit a jumbo roll, the base is wide enough but it’s not tall enough so you have to take the top it off, which defeats the purpose a bit. Normal standard kitchen roll, absolutely fine.

This holder is perfectly fine if you only use the smaller standard sized kitchen roll but it does not fit a jumbo roll, the base is wide enough but it’s not tall enough so you have to take the top it off, which defeats the purpose a bit. Normal standard kitchen roll, absolutely fine.
Looks better than my old wooden one and love the ‘stop’ action!
Really pleased with my item. Keeps the roll tidy and ensures I use only one sheet at a time. (Except of course if I wanted more). Looks good too.

The spindle on this roll holder is thicker than the inner cardboard tube of my paper towels, which I have bought in bulk. This makes the roll not able to turn around. The lip doesn't keep the end of towel within the base of the holder either. I honestly can't think why this thing is so overpriced and non functional. Disappointed.
I am happy with kitchen roll holder. I bought 4 items and one was broken. I cannot get Joseph Joseph to address this issue and just send automated emails but do nothing. They also disabled their phones and on line chat is robotic and hopeless. Very disappointed with their service although products are good ( if not broken on arrival)
