I normally love Joseph Joseph products but I hate this brush. Cannot believe no one else has had a problem with it.Yes, it's more hygienic and thought I would really like it, BUT if you angle it wrongly and the steel part of the handle touches the toilet, it scratches it to bits and was horrified with a really badly damaged toilet bowl after one use.At my age I've had plenty of toilet brushes over the years but I hate this one and so does my husband.I did eventually manage to remove the scratches, but bad design fault.Never again

I would like to leave a review not about the product itself but about the awful delivery experience that we had. I would highly not recommend anyone to order J&J products to France.Firstly, our delivery got lost as confirmed by the J&J support team. The products have not arrived to us for over a week. So I had to contact their support myself. They did not track their own delivery and did not realise there is a delay before I contacted them.They had to resend the order. During this time several items from my order became "out of stock". So they could not ship them. On top of that they refused to replace missing items for something else and offered only a reimbursement option. I would not recommend anyone ever to order anything from them to France. Maybe look for a distributer in France, which sells J&J in-store.

Bloody awesome. Very slightly difficult to clean out the water Inside the brush compartment however once you know you cannot fit much In there you just use a tool to push paper towel in for cleaning brush head works well and is easy to fit under the rim, hair etc easily washes off. I never have to touch the brush (even gloved) to remove debris now. Fits standard toilet cleaner in the back rather easily, which I was a little concerned about as this product i believe is not australian, and therefore thought the standard size may be a little out, but it wasnt. This product is more learning how to use it properly the head is quite flexible so if you go completely gangbusters and use a bunch if downward force like you would a regular brush you might flick something ... MoreBloody awesome. Superb experience with just one issue - the brush stem is supposed to be stainless and it still gets stained. Definitely is not bacteria, rather is some kind of corrosion going on. Apparently the metal used is bellow the quality standard of the given batch produced.
Brilliant product, highly recommended. No more icky brushes, & a convenient place to store your product bottle as well. Especially useful in small loo area.

Secondly, it remains clean because no narrow bristles hold back anything. Thirdly, water drips from it much faster than from a conventional toilet brush. Some time after cleaning and parking the container was as good as dry. Instructions with helpful care tips are provided around the container. Brush and container are easy to clean. At first I was extremely happy as it’s a beautiful design. However you can’t keep it clean. The **** between the nodules you can’t get out. I used hot water to remove the **** (as advised) but this damaged the nodules. I carried on using it as it was clean, but the **** has built up again. I have tried to buy a replacement brush but they aren’t sold. So I am now going to have to buy another (I won’t buy joseph Joseph brush) and am stuck with a plastic base that is likely to go to landfill. Please don’t waste your money on this product.
I had high hopes for this product so purchased 2. I never do reviews, but because these are so NOT fit for purpose, I have taken the time to review. These toilet brushes really need further research by the manufacturer if they are to be of any use whatsoever. The flat brush barely bends, and it certainly does NOT get to the bottom of the toilet bowl where it is often much needed. The metal handle also is in danger of scratching the side of the toilet bowl when you are trying to get it bend enough to be of use. Totally useless product in my opinion. I have reported this to Joseph Joseph and since had all my money refunded.
Recently purchased this for our new home. Specifically for the basement bathroom. It's barely used however we've started to see rust on the holder. Not the most pleasant look. Purchased it alongside others from Simple human and those are still in good condition. Was I just unlucky?
This brush is completely useless on a new toilet, After paying a $100NZD for this product the only good thing about that has come of it is looking 'fancy' sitting in the corner of the toilet storing the toilet cleaner bottle.a $2 Temu toilet brush does a better job getting dirt and poo off the toilet bowl. cool design but useless function. cant even scrub into corners of the bowl.
