Bought this to make Christmas sugar cookies. I’m not an experienced baker and wanted to try to get all my cookies the exact thickness and this worked. Easy to unscrew the ends to desired thickness.

How cool is this? Joseph Joseph always comes up with amazing utensils and this is no different. The design is sleek but the adjustable setting is what I really love. It’s always so time consuming to roll out different thicknesses but this has eliminated that! Would recommend.

Great product. So easy to switch between the measurements. With the guides I have, when rolling out my sugar cookie dough, I choose one and stick with it but when I used this rolling pin I was quickly and easily able to switch to a different size.

The ease of twisting off the ends to adjust your cookie thickness is brilliant. Makes rolling out gingerbread for Christmas a piece of cake! I was recommended this rolling pin by a professional baker - and it has not disappointed. I have heard that the engraved JosephJoseph logo can put a mark when rolling fondant, but I have only rolled cookie dough with baking paper on top so haven't found this an issue.
Excellent product. We have been using various household items, i.e. chopsticks etc. to gauge thickness of pastry rolling. This product hits the nail on the head. Have already recommended to friends.
I am happy with this product. It is sturdy and easy to adjust to the different heights. My only negative was in the packaging. I ordered two items which arrived in an oversized box with no additional stabilising packaging added. The items could easily have broken during transport. As it was they arrived with a couple of scratches which I chose to ignore as I needed to use the items urgently.
We have gone through 2 of these with metal rollers %26 for some reason very cheaply made end caps. When I found this one made of wood I ordered it %26 the ends seem more solid. I’m hoping this one lasts longer than 2 months!!!! We use it almost daily. So far, so good!!
I bought this rolling pin to use in making Christmas cookies. I watched some tutorials on rolling out the dough and the lady gave the specific thickness to roll the dough to. I opened my new rolling pin and the caps on the end had that measurement. My cookies turned out better than ever. They were consistently the same thickness and cooked evenly.
