This handwash dispenser is shaped for you to push down with your wrist, so you don't need to put dirty hands on it. It works pretty well, but you can't fit a nailbrush under the pump if you want to put soap directly on it! Stylish stainless steel finish goes well with other things in the kitchen. A bit pricey but a good product.

A great soap dispenser, looks stylish and is great quality, easy to pump using your arm or elbow. Easy to refill and has a non slip base which is perfectly weighted. Holds a good amount of liquid soap. I will buy more for our other bathrooms. I would certainly recommend.

It was physically sturdy, however, it was almost impossible to pump the soap out. The dispersing hole was short you have to PRESS the sponge against base. The internal straw snapped off and I was unable to reattach. In the trash it went. Do not recommend!
Love the concept and it works great with hand soap! The instructions do specify that it can be used for any liquid hand soap so based on other reviews it might not work for dish soap, but again it’s not intended for that. The only area that could use improvement is the position/angle of the soap spout dispenser. It requires you putting your hand very close to the dispenser and so my hand always grazes it. I have daintier hands so for those with larger hands this might be more problematic since the purpose is to avoid having to touch it with your hands.
I would not recommend this product. Soap pours right on the container so you have to put your hand inwards right under the little squirt area. Also inside stick keeps coming off. I’m very unhappy with this product. I tried to put the stick back on and assemble it again so it works for some reason time to time it keeps coming off again. If you have kids definitely a no. I never bought a soap dispenser that dispenses on the container that’s why the part it pours from is usually pointy. I thought it would be easy to push down so I ordered it not knowing that the hole is too small in inwards near the bottle itself so you have to put your hand in all the way close as possible next to the dispense area.
Extremely disappointed in this product. Been a JJ customer for years as they seemed they had a premium feel to it but I feel I have been let down in this case, especially for such a price tag. The spring mechanism inside the dispenser just fell apart, and the tube got detached from the body, and it's broken. I will not be buying any Joseph Joseph products again.
I have been using Josephjoseph products for many years. Their functionality is great and their esthetics are beautiful.I recently purchased this soap dispenser. It worked for less than a day, very poorly and then broke. I was disappointed.My email response from customer service, after having explained the issue and sent photos added insult to injury. I was told to ship the dispenser back to them, at my cost, and they would then determine if it was indeed broken. Not worth my time and effort.I will not buy products from this company again, simply because of their unsatisfactory customer service.I do not recommend this cheap, plastic soap dispenser. It will not last.
Only had it a week and used three times. Whilst the large surface area is useful for the pal of your hand, when you press down, the hand wash doesn't project out at all. In fact it just drops onto the lower casing and I had to wipe it up using my fingers. Not impressed at all. Going back at the weekend for a refund. Would definitely not recommend this product.
What can I say? Every Joseph and Joseph product I've bought is well used and loved. The designs are sturdy, unique and it shows that they have been well thought out to not only make a home more efficient but to also make it look like a designer was involved in the decor. This product keeps fingers at bay so it's much more hygienic than the regular ones.
