I bought this on Peter's Daily Deal special, so the price was perfect. I bought it as a gift, and the recipient loves it as it has just enough drainage area and does not take up too much bench space. It is easy to put away when not in use. The spout allows water to drain directly into the sink, so there is no mess. I have since bought another one for my daughter :)

The drain shute should have downward lip on it, unfortunately it doesn't so sometimes water can track back along the bottom and drip under the main board. The chrome legs fit into the main board, this connection allows water to drip through onto the workspace, so be careful of placing wet items at the ends of the rack.

The product is good quality and I like the drain on the base as it prevents water building up on the draining board itself. I don't have a dishwasher so all washing up is done by hand and the compact design allows more room on the draining board to stack larger pots and pans next to it. However the utensil pot is difficult to clean and the width of the slats on the rack and because the Y itself is wide means that plates aren't gripped very well. I have to put one large plate, chopping board or tray at the back otherwise there is a domino affect and the plates all fall over! Overall ok but room for improvement

Another fantastic JosephJoseph bought for my collection! This item is the perfect size for my kitchen sink, the built in drainer is such a clever idea as it saves my stainless steel drainer getting damaged with water marks. Absolute life saver. The rack drainer is the perfect size for all my crockery. Absolutely love it
This is exactly what it says it is, a dish drainer that has a small footprint but a surprisingly large capacity. You need a little bit of hand strength to assemble the Y rack as the clip and cutlery drainer clip-on to keep the two halves of the Y together and so are necessarily quite tight. It has one flaw in my view and that is that the design of the Y rack means that it is quite wide at the bottom and so cereal bowls of less that 6 5/8 " or 168mm diameter fall over and either have to lean against a larger plate or be placed flat on the plate rack or on the tray below. Small plates/saucers are a bit precarious as well.A tweak to the lower end of the Y or the spacing between the bars of the rack would probably solve this little irritation. I bought this product it only holds safely dinner plates all other plates fall over they then fall off at height I’ve broken two cups two bowls and a plate all of which are Worcester China and of course that’s cost me way more of this rack I think this rack should be be taken off the market as it’s not suitable. It’s that bad I have Thrown in the bin!
We had been looking to replace a very old drainer for some time and have been very impressed with this product. It is compact and fits our draining board nicely and tidies up the whole area. The drainer is very effective and drains directly into the sink and the cutlery holder is ideal as nothing falls out .Would have been good to be slightly bigger but we manage to fit all we need on the drainer most of the time.Very happy to get it reduced in sale as otherwise was a bit pricey but good quality.
I've had this drainer for just a week and am returning to my old one. It is simply not fit for purpose - why did you bother TMing the Y part of the drainer? It only takes certain dishes, not including my quite large side plates, as the gap between the 2 sides is too large and it's hard to see which slot you're in. Two pieces of crockery have been smashed this week as a result. It's easily the worst dish drainer I've ever had.Do you not test your products before launching them publicly.
Very disappointed with this product. We managed to break a few side dishes when we first bought i- due to them slipping through the drainer and smashing on the granite work surface. The plate rack gaps are too wide- the only way it works is to put dinner plates at the back so that side plates can lean on them. I'm normally a big fan of your products- don't think this has been thought through well enough.
This looks neat but it does not appear to have been designed by someone who does much washing up by hand. The tray is ok but for those who wash their glasses and cups first the plates then put on the rack above drip onto the them. The plate rack is good for only one of my dishes. The other plates and dishes have to be carefully arranged to support each other but the slightest movement knocks them all over and they slide off the rack. I have tied strings across at each end and in the middle to reduce the possibility of my plates crashing to the floor. But I still frequently end up swearing at it when a plate that appears stable suddenly tips back and dislodges everything else on the rack. i am hoping to be able to exchange it for a better design.
