Oh my love, Jovial grain free cassava pastas are to die for. My life is so much easier with them being around. I am a paleo person and having this brand is a blessed.Pesto pasta is my absolute favourite with some chicken and mushroom. ( I am making my own pesto sauce, of course)

I like the spaghetti version of this but once in awhile, you miss the macaroni version of it too, it's just different having a mouthful of spaghetti and a mouthful of fusilli, it goes well with soup too. This is the only gluten free version and being cassava , it's also AIP compliant. Thank God, we have Jovial or else I would never get to eat pasta again, as usual boil the water, pour in the fusilli, wait for the water to be boiled again and then turn off the heater, wait for 12 minutes and the texture is just about right for me. You can give it a try too.
A good quality product with clean paleo diet compliant ingredients. I prefer the Fusilli for size, shape, and texture when cooked, but the orzo is cheaper for the same amount. The packaging of these pastas isn't great, however, as they're freely open in the box. I don't know how readily cassava can go rancid when dried or if it even can, but I would suggest transferring to a sealed container immediately. The pasta can also fall out of the boxes as they aren't taped shut or anything which was/is wasteful. Overall, a great product and one of the only things I can eat as I have transitioned from the paleo diet to the auto-immune protocol which is essentially a far more strict paleo varient.
My extremely picky dad likes this pasta. And that is saying something. He does not like any other gluten free/ grain free pastas. My mum is on a GF, grain free diet and the Jovial cassava pasta line up allows my parents to both enjoy pasta dishes without compromising my mum's health.
If you need a grain free or gluten free product this is worth a try. You dont need to miss italian night! Wish you got more in the box or had bigger boxes but overall good quality. Its an interesting taste on its own but whatever you flavor it with itll taste like. Live in the UK and get it shipped i like it so much lol
Since I'm grain-free pasta's been off the menu for me. for a long time, but I missed it terribly. I was so excited when Jovial came out with these packages. I love to make this with a nomato bolognese sauce. Sometimes, I even add some vegan ricotta. It tastes great. One box is enough for two people, but if I'm cooking for more, I usually measure out half the box per person to make the perfect hearty serving size.
I really like this cassava pasta. you would never know that it was made from a root vegetable. and it tastes. this is a fantastic product for G/F and grain free that anyone who wants to improve their health. jovial has high-quality ingredients that's certified organic, affordable, and taste great. I've bought several already and my family loves it.
