I've been feeling very anxious, stressed, tired, cranky & no mind to do anything. Within a week of taking the Aniexty & Stress tablets along with the Emotional and Wellbeing tablets, I felt more like myself, calm, not getting worked up over small things, good humour, could deal with things better and I have energy!! Hi- I am 53 as my body has been going through changes. I first tried the Mood & Emotional Balance and not sure if I felt much of a difference. I just completed the Anxiety & Stress vitamins and still not completely sure. I think they might have worked a little better. I would like to give them a try for another month. I want something natural that is for sure! It says take 2 per day so does the time between make a difference or should 2 be taken with food at the same time? Thank you for caring and working so hard to make people feel better!

I definitely notice a difference taking these, I am not as anxious day to day and it has helped me when it comes to going back to work or going out with my husband and leaving my son with family members I am not so anxious about it anymore and can seem to enjoy my days again. Iāve been taking the Anxiety + Stress formula for just over a month now and Iām finding it to be a huge help. I suffer a lot of from anxiety unfortunately and I would have days were it was so bad I honestly didnāt know how to calm it down or what to do. Great effectiveness! Occasionally there is only half of a vitamin, maybe quality could be improved in the bottling process. (It has happened twice). The quality of the vitamin itself in terms of effectiveness and digestion is great! I would recommend this product to anyone interested in trying it.
