Iāve always had a sweet tooth and binge eating on chocolate had become the new normal for me. I didnāt understand that my chocolate cravings where a sign of a nutrient deficiency up until I did some research. Iāve stumbled across JS Health a couple of times but thought if I just tried to change my diet I wouldnāt need a supplement but my chocolate cravings got out of control and my hair started to fall out. I didn't even realize how easily I would default to having sugar most days (the 2pm sugar cravings are REAL). Now, I am definitely noticing the decline in snacking and I've been choosing more appropriate portions at mealtimes, sometimes feeling fuller sooner, which is a great sign. I'll be hitting 40 this year and I need extra help with my metabolism with every year that goes by. I've also noticed that I don't feel like collapsing into bed after work each day. I've had the energy to tackle projects or run errands, and in the last couple years, that has NOT been happening. I had my thyroid radiated so I thought this may help me. By the second day, I felt āoffā. I took it on the third day and felt foggy. I took it a fourth day (thinking I needed to build up some type of tolerance) I felt exhausted and anxious! Do Not Take This if you have ANY Thyroid issues! It will throw you off personally and physically!!I donāt like to be negative but I wanted others with Thyroid conditions to ask your doctor and be VERY honest!!

Wow! I have been taking this formula for less than a week and I cannot believe the effect it has had! I was Snacking after lunch & Snacking after dinner. Not feeling satisfied & craving sweets. This may sound crazy but ever since I started taking the Thyroid formula, my depression and anxiety symptoms has decreased! Also, have noticed my appetite has reduced to where I'm not over eating. I havenāt noticed any change other than I am hungrier than usual, which I thought these pills were supposed to do opposite? Also disappointed that you canāt even return them. Probably wonāt be purchasing anymore products from this site. I donāt trust their products any longer. I have also told several friends and followers on social media to not order from this company.
I original bought the pills because I suffer from insulin resistance. The first week, I felt how fast I digest food and a little hungry but I would just drink water. The second week, I felt with much more energy and I noticed how I am losing body fat. My body is getting leaner and I have no insulin spikes. I also feel fuller faster when I eat and much more calm. Overall, I'm loving this product.
So far I am not craving sweets however I find the pills really Hard to swallow!! They are so big, it has the option to break in half but then that just makes it scratchy and worse to swallow. I end up breaking them up in my mouth which I find wont be sustainable, I'm worried I will not be able to finish the bottle because of its size. I wish companies would make smaller pills and I'd be happy to take 2 or even 3 at a time rather than 1 Giant pill.
