Progranola tastes absolutely delicious! Unlike other Keto granola, this one has many ingredients, including nuts and seeds, but still has the texture and crunch of regular granola.My husband uses it as cereal for breakfast and adds a few berries and milk, while I like to grab a handful here and there as a quick and easy snack.The size of the bag is pretty good for the price. But don’t be fooled, you’ll want to get more than one because it’s so delicious it won’t be around for long.

Full disclosure, I love granola. But I especially loved the strong peanut butter flavor for this variety. I don't remember if the price was reasonable, but it was worth whatever I paid for it because I can't get good granola in my Asian home. It makes a great breakfast or afternoon snack for that matter. It had the same problem nearly every package of granola has: I can go through it so quickly that I always wish there were bigger bags with more added! As I understand this brand is also good for digestion. The composition is like normal granola.
