Brilliant harness

I was looking for a harness that would stop my dog from pulling. When I found this I wasn't sure if it would work but I am please to say it's amazing. Its exceptionally easy to put on and stopped my dog from, pulling straight away. He is a medium sized dog but very strong so I was surprised with the almost instant improvement in his behaviour. He likes the harness and actually puts his head through it himself. My only problem is that unfastening the harness is difficult. I am sure this is only because my hands are deformed and I cannot squeeze the locking device so have to use a tool to do this. I would recommend this harness to anyone looking for something sturdy and effective.

This is a great product. It is very well made and is easy to put on/take off. The fit is true to size and my dog seems to be very comfortable in it.One word of warning though, both my dogs have these and both are still able to escape from them if they really want to (they just wiggle backwards and slip their front legs out). Took one of my dogs about three seconds to pull off her great escape. If you have escape artists like I do, I would double leash with their collar just to be safe.Turnaround was excellent. Ordered late in the afternoon and had it the very next day (I'm in NSW).

Husky
16 November 2017

I have a one year old very feisty male Husky. I have tried all types of leads with him as he is a consistent puller and being a husky always likes to lead. I tried normal rope leads which he thinks its fun to bite and pull but he seems to work up towards your hands, tried rope slip leads, chain choke leads, Hailti type leads round his nose which usually ends up with him having a fight with me because he doesnt like it. The dog training school advised me never ever to put him on a harness as with the breed, he will just think Im a sled and pull even more. They couldnt be more wrong. It has taken a couple of weeks for him to get used to it and did resist a few times but with a think chunky chain lead attached he has stopped trying to bite the lead and yes a few times ... MoreI have a one year old very feisty male Husky. Wish I had bought this when he was younger but its the best money Ive ever spent on him and would not walk him in anything else. Very very robust and well made.

My cocker spaniel escaped this harness multiple times
30 June 2023

I have some concerns regarding this harness- my cocker spaniel has managed to escape it when in a laying/sitting position harness manages to slip straight over the head. Poor quality for the money as well. I was in a public place sitting down talking to someone and my dog managed to break free running behind a graveyard with a busy road this harness also seems really harsh on the neck and shoulders some dogs seem to be in-between sizes and I believe it has a lack of flexibility so very bad for your dogs back and joints. The canine poochie seems to be a better harness in which my cocker spaniel hasn't broke out of. If you want to lose your dog then buy this harness but you were warned!

PERFECT-100%

Awesome!!! I have seen these on other dogs and have thought about getting one. Now my dog has reached full growth I decided it was time. It is very well made and has some good features. The stitches are strong and the large D ring is very secure. It has reflective stitching around the edges which is good at night and during the day. It has Velcro side panels that came with the name of the harness attached and these glow in the dark. (You could also place your own Velcro patches to these if required to personalise the harness to your dog or to notify others if your dog has any issues). Basically, you could attach anything with Velcro to the harness. I live in the countryside so these features are perfect as it gets very dark here with little lighting. It is very easy to fit: adjust the Velcro chest strap (once this is done it then just slips over your dogs head), adjust the strap that goes over their ribs (again once this is set you just clip it in and away you go!!). The large D ring is helpful and easy to attach a lead, especially if it is cold. Next to the D ring on top of the harness is a handle which is stitched into place and also held down with Velcro in the middle so its tidy as keeps the harness streamline. Once the harness is in place my dog runs around without anyproblems and he doesnt show any signs of it getting in his way. I would definitely recommend-100%

Really secure
13 December 2020

This is a really strong and secure harness that's also easy to put on/ take off the dog because it has one fastener. The only thing that's less that perfect is the position of that fastener. It's on the left side of the dog and if the dog doesn't walk on the left side of the handler the dog's elbow can brush against the clip, making a muffled "click" noise. After a time that noise becomes really irritating. Yes, I know, the accepted "correct" position for a trained dog is to be permanently at the left hand side of the - presumably right handed - handler. But, surely, the purpose of an "adventure" harness is to use it with longer than normal leads for freer, but still controlled, exercise or specific tasks such as tracking. I bought this harness for one of my rescue dogs because he can be "spooked" from time to time and panic. The resulting "bucking" and spinning can easily result in slipping his collar. It's usually in a situation where I'd rather not have to test his recall! Yes, Julius K9 Power Harness really works and our walks are now more relaxed and enjoyable ... until there's the "click".

Tried the citronella collar which
10 July 2022

Tried the citronella collar which we bought from Pet O. Kept the mosquitoes off him ….. no effect RE the barking. We were at our wits end with the barking. The wife wanted to get rid of him due to the stress of neighbours complaining…… We bought the no bark collar as our last hope…One minute and it was done. Lowest setting. Haven’t had to turn it on again. We put it on and that’s enough. If you are reading this and in the same boat, believe me, it works. The harness is fantastic. Easy to put on. Great quality. The collar has been life changing for us. Thank you.

A very well built harness which helps keep your pet safe on walks. Allows for better control and doesn't choke your pet like using the collar/leash method can and often does. You will be very happy with the K9 harness and it's amount of control keeping your family member safe. Yes... I said family member!! Your dog is a valued, loved member of your family correct? Don't you provide the very best for your family? Well alright then. Get your family member a K9 harness and help protect/control them on your daily walks. You love them and they give you unconditional love in return. It will be one of the best investment's for your family member. Whitney loves hers! I guess I've made my point now right?
