You and your band of brave adventurers suddenly find yourselves deep in a mysterious jungle full of secrets and surprises. Danger lies along your path, threatening to take away your 3 precious life tokens. Your goal is to reach jumanji the center and call out its name, but beware if any of your group runs out of life tokens, everyone loses! on each turn, roll dice and move along the path, using the center dome to reveal a riddle. Solve the riddle correctly and move an extra space. End your turn by drawing a challenge card to see what difficulties jumanji has in store. You might have to act out a story of your adventures, or race to solve a challenge. Who doesnt love Jumanji! I've been wanting to play this for some time and i was not disappointed! It's extremely easy to play i know is quite quickly going to be a family favourite. There's no trivia which is great for me and the kids, depending on number of people playing can take around 30 minutes to play. Its a lot of dice rolling against a timer to let you proceed through the game. My niece found it exciting and funny. So was a good time spent. Perfect length of a game before kids get bored with it. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new board game.

I can’t believe I was trapped inside jumanji for 18 years! What is that about? How can smyths sell this game? My mate rolled an 8 and the other day and I was released from the jungle. Was proper knackered and I had to keep playing, bare dangerous game. How can they sell this to under 10s? Can’t be bothered for that. I played again the other day and was so bad. Do not buy

This game is garbage! At each turn, you have to draw a card. The card can only be read when under the green dome. The green dome doesn’t do anything and the card is still unreadable, despite what the instructions show. The first image, shows what the card should look like under the green dome. The second image is the plain card. The third image is the card under the dome. Save your money. Do not purchase this game.

A great game that the whole family can play together. It's fun and competitive. It needs at least 2 players to play. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. The game is easy to set up and the kids understood the rules fairly easily. We've played it a couple of times now each game lasting no more than 30 mins. So not too long and the kids don't get bored. Definitely a fun game for family nights or for kids to play themselves.

Ox is accurate as some of the riddles would be too difficult for younger children.The secret riddle being ‘revealed’ using the red centre piece is fun and the mini games using the extra dice is a nice touch and adds a lot of variety to the game play. Some of the challenges are great and involve players using their surroundings in the room they’re playing in.You don’t have to worry about the amount of cards/riddles like some other games as there are loads included.I also like how you can have a quick or longer game depending on how you feel, by either playing with one or two dice.It’s a fun game for the family and anyone who loves the Jumanji ... A great board game, and brilliant theme, but maybe a little complicated/overly convoluted for younger players, which makes playing as a family a little more arduous than it should be.Also a shame there's no real monkeys, or randomly appearing jungles or spiders :-)I would recommend this game, but only if you have a slightly older family.
Great family game that involves moving and thinking. The game is well thought out and my kids loved the active aspect. The red card reader is also a nice touch, although there were a few arguments over whose turn it was to read the card! Great for a family night and was a relatively quick game so engaging for kids with short attention spans.
We got this game to play as a family, 2 adults, a 13 year old and an 11 year old. The game is really easy to set up and start. We read the instructions a few times before starting but had to start to play along reading the instructions as they were difficult to understand. Once we got going it was good. The game didn’t last too long but it’s wasn’t very exciting or attention grabbing. Will try again but don’t think the children will want to. Not for us.
I personally think it’s very cool how there is Jumanji game set in store for youngster to join. This jumanji game set looks similar to the the one in the Jumanji movies. There is 48 card to collect, one glass Dome, 4 different colour gorillas, four large dices and two small dices with Jumanji game board. The cards has secret message which can be discovered when inserted into the glass Dome. My five children enjoyed playing this game. Suitable for children age eight and above.
Cards unreadable, the green decoder dome does not display the texted print on cards and having hard time making out letters. It actually looks like the text is in a different language as the other side of the card is certainly in a different language everything else for game is in English. Useless! And the return window has closed so I can’t even return. Terrible buy 👎
