Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. We ordered the 10ft tramp very last minute as a birthday present for my son. We live down the bottom of the south island and I was so nervous it wouldn't arrive in time. However I was incredibly surprised it arrived withing 3 days !!! The most amazing company to deal with, the tram is incredible - the kids love it !! 💯 recommend to anyone 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟Thank you jump flex !!!!

Fantastic quality and very well thought through design. Father Christmas even managed to build it on Christmas Eve in the dark and in the rain, and it only took him an hour and a half on his own! He gave me a top tip, which is to puff some talc into the sleeves that go over the curved uprights that support the net. These are relatively tight and the poles are long and curved, and it's quite hard to pull the covers over the foam. A puff of talc down the sleeves and they slide on really easily - it saved him quite a lot of time and effort.The trampoline looks great and is very well made. It's really bouncy too! I'm very pleased that Father Christmas brought this trampoline - and so is my daughter. It looks the business and so far is. Assembly was fairly easy, the only arduous part was getting the sleeves over the foam on the net poles. One pole got rained on and the cover went on easily,b it I don’t know if wetting the foam is a good idea. I’m in a wheelchair, it took me and my 12 year old daughter about 5 hours to assemble it, a big chunk of that time was the pole covers. Clipping the upper rim of the net into the poles properly takes very strong hands, my daughter managed 1, my wife couldn’t do anymore, waiting for my son to visit to do the rest.I would recommend this trampoline, the quality looks good, time will tell.

Once set up the trampoline is great and very happy and would recommend. It’s sturdy and I like how the poles bend outwards and the net is nice and high. Net attaches to springs of trampoline allowing gaps not that this has been an issue yet. Would have preferred no gap. It was extremely and almost impossible to put together even with tool supplied and the tool broke making it impossible. This part was very frustrating and was a let down. Ended up paying for a handyman. If you’re not strong it’s impossible for 2 people to put together and tool was not good enough.
Really well made and solid, except the plastic ladder.The only item I feel could improve would be the ladder which was broken already on delivery ( it’s only plastic and had cracked next to 1 of the steps) So now we need to sort out a ladder in the New Year, using a box till then!The shade cloth is a must have. The netting and trampoline mat are excellent quality. The mokos are loving this trampoline and the size suits them( ages 3and5years)Great pricing for the quality!
The kids are obsessed. Was well packaged and delivery was good. Relatively easy to assemble. One star off because putting the safety net on was an absolute mission, and we expected the main ring of the tramp to be powder coated black, but only the legs are. Overall we are very happy. It feels like a really sturdy product that will last a long time.

It seems the changes between models are still being worked out maybe?The sleeves don’t fit the net poles, the diameter of the foam wrapped pole is wider than the protective sleeve so they won’t pull on, and we spent hours trying.The pad over the springs has nowhere to tuck in so pops up over the net, and the net poles prevent it from being able to wrap over the frame. This makes the frame spring holes exposed to rain. It feels sturdy once the mat and springs are in so perhaps it’s that tension that keeps the frame together?As customer service is in NZ and phone lines busy, it’s difficult to resolve any of these problems via email across time zones, and there have been long delays in communication, not helped by it being Christmas and new year. Overall disappointed problems weren’t resolved in time to be a Christmas Day gift, despite ordering in November. Never owned a trampoline before so hard to say how this compares to others, but overall a stressful big purchase experience.
This trampoline is perfect! It arrived in great time and excellent condition. 3 boxesThe instructions were extremely easy to follow, and the pieces were simple to put together and it was up within an hour, no tools required.Only time will tell if this will last but so far, im very happy with my purchase.Thank you Jumpflex 😊
We love our jumpflex! It's amazing quality and nicer than the VULY in my opinion. This is our second one (The 1st was damaged in the Christmas day tornado). I can see they've upgraded the design from the previous one slightly too. The only thing they've changed that I don't like is the netting. The old style used sewn in metal buckles on the bottom that looped over the springs to hold it in place. Fiddly to fit, but nice and strong for when the kids bounce off the sides, the current design has a little bit of elastic that feels flimsy. The new netting is a shade cloth type material that is quite rough now, so the kids do complain that it scratches them a bit. The old one was a nice soft design.
