I have always loved Nutella, but I felt bad that I couldn't share the joy with my lactose-intolerant mother. I've decided to try the Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter Blend instead because it's dairy-free, and I haven't looked back since. For starters, let me repeat that the Justin's option is dairy-free. It also has less sugar than Nutella: a serving of the Justin's clocks in at 7 grams, while Nutella contains a whopping 21 grams. Justin's also has more protein (4 grams) and fiber (3 grams) than Nutella (3 grams and 1 gram, respectively). Where Nutella has a texture akin to chocolate cake frosting, the Justin's Blend is much thicker and can actually seem a hair grainy. The trick is to whip it up or warm it up; applying it to warm toast, for instance, makes it smooth and melt, as does turning your knife through the jar a few times. In terms of taste, this is a very hazelnut-y spread with a hint of dark chocolate and sugar in the background. It tastes roasted, but not burnt. I actually like that it's a little more complex and slightly less sweet than Nutella, but if you want to eat straight up cake frosting, you'll want to stick with Nutella.Overall, I love this product and will continue buying it...unless I find an equally delicious dairy free option at a lower price. At roughly $9 a jar in my area, this stuff can really drain my wallet. Guess it's a good thing I love sharing chocolate-banana-toast with my mom!

This is so good! It is like a dessert to me. I buy the individual packs so I do not eat the whole jar. It is more expensive this way, but not in the long run because I would eat way more pf the jar and have to more sooner! It keeps me full and takes away hunger headaches. You know when you actually get a migraine from waiting to long to eat. I throw some of these in my purse because you never know when I might need a snack. Also, sometimes restaurants or an event I am at it taking to long and I cant risk a headache because it will ruin the night. Anyway my peeps try these. They can help with cravings and hinger headaches. Worth the price.

I love this vanilla almond butter. I'll drive everywhere to find it. It's amazing for smoothies. I confess I eat a very small amount NOT in a smoothie, but the taste is perfect. I hope they never stop making it. It IS usually a real bear to stir. Major wrist workout. I still love it. It's also pretty darn expensive. I'm assuing there's a reason - but again, have been buying for years.

Chalky and bland
17 July 2022

I usually eat the smooth honey JIF brand of peanut butter and I love it. I tried this because JIF was not available. This peanut butter has a very chalky taste with tiny balls of more chalkiness. I don’t know what that can be. The actual taste wasn’t that bad but the chalkiness and the balls of whatever that is in it (nuts maybe?) made this absolutely terrible to me. The size of the jar is fantastic but it just didn’t taste very good. My family didn’t like it at all either. Will NOT buy again. I tried.

Fresh Roasted Peanut Taste

The best tasting peanut butter in my opinion. No added sugar or salt. The Palm Oil is a great addition. According to the label, this oil is neither partially or fully hydrogenated. Palm Oil is naturally spreadable at room temperatures. I will keep purchasing this peanut butter. Don't change a thing!

Full of tiny pieces of peanuts. Gritty.

The taste isnt bad but I have tasted much better. This is one of those uou get what you pay for products. It doesn't really taste like natural peanut butter. I bought it twice but forgot I didn't like it, but i won't buy it again. And whats with the tiny pieces of PEANUTS 🥜 🤔 in it? I HATE the little bits. Its gross. Reminds me too much of CHUNKY peanut butter, which i absolutely can't 💯 stand.

Honey flavor and mostly creamy texture really good
1 December 2021

Tasty, very spreadable and online price competitive with other honey-sweetened brands like one ending "& company". Possible downsides for some consumers: 1. A few tiny sugary crispy crystals throughout (I liked and didn't find bothersome -- others might); 2. Apparently Justin's honey spread used to be offered in old-fashioned style with separated oil that needed to be stirred. Other reviewers very disappointed with current homogenized spread. I knew to expect spreadable version and wanted it.

My Favorite Peanut Butter For A Good Old-fashioned PB&J. Some Have Complained Of The Oily Or Gritty Consistency But That Natural Peanut Butter For You. I Prefer The Honey Flavor Over The Regular It Just Got A Better Flavor To It For Me. I Also Love The Almond Butter With Maple Which People Have Complained About Cuz The Dont Taste The Maple, But The Maple Is Used As A Sweetener, And Compared To The Plain Its Suttle But It Is There. I Love The Honey Peanut Butter With Apples Or Just A Pb&j And I Use The Almond Maple With Bananas & Apples As Well, Sometimes On Toast In The Am And Have Used For A Regular Sandwich, But If Youre Just Looking For A Classic Pb&j The Peanut Butter With Honey Is My Favorite!

Not no stir, gritty, tastes like rotten almonds
8 June 2023

I’m not sure why this has such high reviews. Normally I get Once Again almond butter and I love it but Walmart doesn’t sell it. So I was going to try a different almond butter but Walmart was out of stock. So they substituted Jordan’s almond butter. It claims to be no stir, it isn’t. It is VERY thick, there would be no way of spreading this on anything. The worst part though is the taste. It tastes like rotten almonds. It has the weirdest most off putting taste. As others have mentioned it is very gritty, it’s almost like you are eating sand. Now I have two jars of this. Blech.

Pretty good but note it has almonds!
29 September 2022

I love that they’ve had the least amount of sugar out of all of the other chocolate hazelnut spread, I wish I had noticed that it also had almond butter in it which I feel overpowers the hazelnut. It’s a bit thicker so harder to spread than some of the other creamier ones it’s a much more almond butter consistency. I would still buy it again because my kids loved it, but if you’re really looking for that chocolate hazelnut flavour you probably want opt for one of the other more creamy ones without almond butter mixed in. My only other wish is that it didn’t have modified palm oil.
