I had read lots of reviews to find the best bead knife in the world and have found it! It was a birthday present for my husband who is delighted. He makes all our bread using sourdough and the knife cuts right through to produce neat, thin slices without tearing the loaf. The handle feels lovely and the weight of the knife is perfect. It makes breakfast exciting!
