These are my favorite softgels. I wish they either came with more in the bottle or a smaller bottle. Seems very unfriendly environmentally to have a container less than 1/3 full (see my photo of a newly opened bottle). But these softgels are easier to swallow than the capsules especially if you are places where you can get a drink of water but you need your lactase now - which is me. Not sure why Lucky Vitamin stopped carrying this brand but glad to find it here.

I eat dairy at least twice a day and didn’t think two of these would keep working throughout the day into the evening. But they actually do! No more having to take a pill each time! I really like that. It works great and no dairy issues. A bigger bottle would be nice though. A month goes by fast!

Lactase enzyme softgels seem to be the perfect solution to my problem of being lactose intolerant. Taking two in the morning means that I don't have to worry about eating and drinking anything with milk products. Perfect since I am an ice-cream addict!iherb seems to be the only company producing pills which one only needs once a day. Ideal! Thank you. Only downside is the cost of import duty on top of the actual cost of the gels. Bit of a shock to find another bill before I can get my stuff. Ah! Such is life.
I have been taking lactase tablets for decades for mild lactose intolerance. I always carried them with me and popped them whenever I was eating anything with lactose. They weren't always totally effective, but managing without them was not an option. (!!) Suddenly, the brand I was using was discontinued, and I discovered these capsules. Two in the morning and I'm good for the day! If I decide to eat ice cream or some other concentrated source of lactose, I still use some of the tablets, but otherwise, I have no problems with lactose all day. Thank you!
Doesn't work. I ate it 30min before consuming benandjerry's icecream (2 pills). Didn't work. Tried it again, this time together with my carbonara meal(2 pills), didn't work. Last time trying, had after I finished my milk tea (2 pills), still didn't work. I can say that the price is cheap because of the lack of effectiveness..Also 3 pills were melted at the bottom when I received it..
I'm getting up there in years and cannot eat the way I used to without stomach upset/pain/embarrassment, but this lets me eat dairy like a whippersnapper. I swallow 2 tablets before I eat dairy foods and I am pain and toot free. Tried other brands and they just weren't as good.
have been lactose intolerant since i was a baby and this is the only thing that helped me feel comfortable about taking my dairy products! however, please take it early in the day and not directly before a meal for the max efficiency.
