I love how good quality ingredient this quercetin is, but bigger size doesn't contain vegetable capsule, which makes the tablet very big and hard. I would pick smaller packaging because of this issue. It's benefits help me with hives: reduce redness, itching, and inflammation of damaged skin; it helps restore skin barrier function, increasing hydration, and reducing water loss. Amazing antioxidant.

KAL Quercetin is a great value with 1,000 mg in one tablet, unlike most other brands, which require taking 2 tablets to get your 1,000 mg. Quercetin has helped our family stay immune to various viruses. It's also a great quality product that improves overall sports performance. We prefer this tablet form to a capsule form, which sometimes leak out the powder.

Been using quercetin for months, but a lower dosage. Needed to mega-dose to address a bad cough and found these. Believe they're helping and seem to be good quality but have a problem with the tablet size. Can't swallow, so have to powder and drink - an annoying extra step. Why not just use a gelcap?

I love having Quercetin in my daily regime.It is great insurance against infections.I trust the quality of this product to delivermy daily requirements. It is much more convenientand economical as opposed to eating two punnetsof raspberries a day when on a budget. Love these! No flu , no Covid ! Better than vaccine to boost immune health. A lot of people have mentioned they don’t like the size of tablet.. but I prefer these over the vege caps and have no problem with the size. Will stay on these forever
