We had a similar no name brand heater where the fan was made of some sort of plastic that deteriorated to the point that the unit was no longer functional. This unit has a metal fan, very happy.Heats well, not too loud, exactly what I was looking for.

This device works well, once you understand its safeguards. It has a safety tip-over cut-off switch on the underside - so it turns off if it tips over - which requires the device to stand on a hard surface. If you put it on carpet, it's too soft to push the switch in to disable the interlock and the heater won't turn on. This utterly bamboozled me when I first took it out of the box and I thought I had a defective product. The manual does mention the switch, but not the need to stand the heater on a hard surface.
The features of this product I like the most is the heat produce, it keeps my room warm which helps my baby to sleep comfortably. It is best for a small room.
Good for heating small spaces. Thermostat is good. Does the job. I use it in the bathroom and take it out before I put the water on for safety.
Its very quiet. It works well in my small bathroom Im not sure if you have a larger room, maybe it will take a while to warm up the space.It looks and feel sturdier than the cheap ones from KMart.
The heater is perfect! It’s compact but delivers the perfect amount of heat needed to quickly you or your bedroom up. The two heat settings allow of great flexibility, wether you need to warm up or really heat up. An essential for this upcoming season.
Great little heater, works really well. It makes a rattlely noise when you pick it up, but that is just the capsize bearing - it has a function we’re the heater switches off automatically if you tip it over (great idea). Very happy so far.
Had it for 1 week; it's compact, feels sturdy, easy to use, and pumps out decent heat. Can take a small room from shivering cold to t-shirt warm in about 20 mins on medium setting, haven't actually needed to use it on high. Overall, very happy with the purchase so far.
