Does a good job easily. Would have only cost a few dollar to manufacture and at $60.00 is a bit rich. Having said that, the other brand is price at $100.00

From what I can see, there is no difference in function and appearance to the more expensive brands. This product has worked well so far in helping clear mucous and helping me breath freely. If used regularly and correctly, the results are great. It comes with 2 different sized ball bearings which are simple to change over and clear, easy to follow instructions.
