Easy to set up and easy to use st a good price. Be aware though, the mount is stuck to the windscreen with tape, not a suction device. So be sure you're happy with its location first.
Not easy to take the card in and out, wouldn't use my original 32GB storage card from my earlier dashcam but works OK with a new one.
The viewing screen falls off breaking the ribbon cable that sends data to the screen.They ask you to contact them directly, not the retailer you purchased the item from. Did that and all they asked was had I been contacted about a week later and I replied NO and then no reply from them at all and now a block from there main site so I can not contact them.All in all a waste of money with NO customer support, I feel sorry for any retailers that sell this poor product and any customers that have purchased an item of theirs.
Overall i like the slim design , giving a clearer view on windscreen.
