Old plastic steamer head had broken. This new one fits perfect and does a great job! I like the Velcro cleaning cloth thing and that you don’t have to stretch the cloths to clip them in anymore!

Much better than the older attachment. With the old one the cloth would fall off and was annoying to get back on. This one solves all of the problems. It is a drop in replacement if you have an older model and I would 100% recommend getting it at this price.
I bought this a month ago and after using it I would like to recommend to all. I have the older machine but with a click system so I had to have an upgrade. As the old head the sleeves didn’t stay on well. With this not only the sleeve stays on but all the steam goes on to the floor and hardly any escapes. So makes full use and doesn’t waste steam.
Although I like the steam cleaner, I am not at all happy about the Velcro attached cloths. My floor is rustic and not completely smooth.The cloth curls and than comes off and won’t stay put anymore.Any suggestions?Maria
Brilliant cleaning and great that able to simple wash the pad. The trouble is that two I have had both have broken at the neck. There must be a manufacturing/design fault and neither had been bashed or knocked.
I love my new tool, i waited too long to buy it . I had so many problems with my old one and in the end had to tie it to the clips that just didnt hold the microfibre cloths correctly . I wondered if Karcher did a new upgrade and searched for this and was so pleased to find they had upgraded and improved it. The only gripe i have with it is that i do seem to have some excess drips of water on the floor that have to be rubbed out otherwise the floor would be too slippy. If anyone has a counter idea to stop this i would welcome any suggestions ?
