I took the machine to ITS and they told me that "" We need to replace the cylinder head and bypass on this unit.The machine is uneconomical to repair as this unit cost is more than a new unit.A new machines price is R1 949.00 INCL VAT , and I would suggest that you look at purchasing a new unit as a new unit you get 1 years warranty where the replacement parts is only 3 months. "" stay away from Karcher the spares cost more than the machine.

The unit broke within the first year. Warranty does not cover anything. Received a quotation from Karcher for an amount greater than the price of a new one.I used this unit to wash my vehicle. Absolute rubbish. I have a Black and Decker that's lasted more than 10 years now. Karcher is absolute rubbish!!!

I bought a Karcher K2 online from Makro as a present for father's day only to receive a USED Karcher K1 unit with brand new Karcher K2 accessories in the box. Tried to return / exchange it but they said I can't return it because the unit in the box does not match the description on the box..... Which was my point exactly. I bought a NEW KARCHER K2 not a USED KARCHER K1.No help at all - they just accused me in a very polite way.

Karcher K2.360 works well.Comes with two nozzels- choose the correct one for the task at hand. .
If you want a basic pressure washer for home look no further, this machine can wash your car, clean your garden tiles, dirt from your walls and spray away moss, it can also strip your paint from your house or car so be careful what nozzle you use on what, But overall 5/5
Works really well. Paving around the house looks new again and great for washing your car.
Excellent product. I recommend the product to anyone who is on the look for a cheaper option and good value for your money.
The pressure hose short should be about 8-10 meters and its not twist free.
I bought a K2. 360 just over a year ago, used it only 4 times during the period and it went faulty a few days after the 12 month warranty ended. Took it to Makro Cornubia and they told me that they cannot assist me as the warranty expired. Don't waste your money buying this product.
Yesterday bought and today already cleaned the terrace and the stairs to the basement.
