During lockdown my steamer stopped working. Went online a found E spares. What a find it was got my decalcalcifying cartridge delivered to my door in 24 hours. Would definitely use espares again so quick no hassle and then they ask for review . Couldn’t refuse and truthful to the last is my review above.

We bought our Karcher SC3 Steam Mop over a year ago and use it regularly. Little light flashed to say the descaling cartridge needed changing. I was a bit concerned but this was super easy to do... and I'm grateful that it lasted us over 12 months previously!

Bought this steam cleaner to do our tile floors. Working great better than moping. Purchases a filter to have a spare. We have hard water.
I used in in my Karcher steam cleaner. As the machine is over 5 years it was hard to find in Australia but I was pleased when I found this company had the part. Service was great and i received it very quickly considering we are under COVID restrictions.
It fits in the hole and it does what it has been designed to do. Just remember to tip out the water before you change the filter.I haven't taken the risk of using the steamer without ever changing this. For what it cost it's not worth the gamble.
