I pleased with the speed and quality of the mop - definitely worth it there. I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the clean when I had a crack at the rangehood. I confess, we hadn't really cleaned it since we moved in, so there was grease and grime on there over at least seven years. This machine tore through it! I was very impressed. One tip - buy a stack of cheap microfibre cleaning cloths from Bunnings - makes the wipedown heaps easier. All the attachments work well and I am very pleased with how quickly cleaning is now. Upside - everything. Downside - cost.

I’m so happy with this steam cleaner. I’ve cleaned the bathroom from top to bottom and it’s come up sparkling. There’s an attachment suitable for every surface and it’s very easy to change from one to another. I took off 1 star because at the price it would have been nice to get a few extra microfibre covers for the brush.

Really good product. Very happy when it removed the mould from blinds with ease. The water tank is large and takes a longer time before it needs to be filled. Well worth the investment.

Like the design and ease of use. My old SC4 stops heater after 8 years. A reasonably long durability for an appliance used every week.
I bought this machine recently for steam cleaning. I am very satisfied with this steamer. It’s powerful versatile and easy to use.
I researched many steam cleaners before settling on the Karcher SC5. Although I think it's expensive, it is a very good bit of gear, and cleans our floors much better than mopping. It is also very useful for steam cleaning our vertical blinds
So far so good. Bought it as a last resort to clean newly laid deep groove ceramic floor tiles. No amount of mopping could get them clean; the ingrained dirt wouldn't shift. This does the job.
I love it. I purchased it to replace an old steam cleaner and wish I had done so sooner as the SC 5 cleans so much better. It is so easy to use and with all the attachments I can clean so many other areas of my house. It is very easy to use and the attachments are easy to change. I highly recommend purchasing the SC5.
I have arthritis in my hands and this machine helps me to clean my house with little or no pain. Especially the bathrooms, basins, tiles. I’m very happy with this purchase and I recommend it as a very useful appliance.
I didn’t get a chance to experience it as there was water mark in the tank. The machine body was not fully wrapped by the plastic bag packing and made a scratch on the body. I returned it as thinking if that was used. For this price, I refunded it.
