I've tested this in various situations.The vacuum itself is quite large and bulky, but not too heavy, and on wheels so moves around with relative ease. Given its size, it has a large capacity.It is quite loud, certainly louder than your average handheld or stand up vacuum.As a dry hoover, once you get the angle right it has strong suction and is quite effective.As a wet hoover, it's great I can just take the bag out and start hoovering up anything wet without causing damage. Where was this when the kitchen flooded! Would be a godsend, though very helpful after a good scrub/mop.I believe it also has a blower function though had no opportunity to use that yet!

I could have bought a cheaper machine but having had experience of Karcher machines for over forty years I knew I would be getting a good quality machine. I bought this for workshop use and it's ideal. Very sturdy and mobile. Plenty of power and the power take-off makes it easy to use additional machines.Being a wet/dry machine with dual purpose bags also means there's no need to swap bags and no need to worry about nasty accidents.Combined with good capacity and on-board hose and tool storage means I think this is my best buy for years

Delivery from Karcher was shockingly quick, in fact it arrived the very next day. I bought it for my garage/workshop as the wife was a little funny about me using the house vacuum, hence my purchase. The vacuum is very good for sawdust with all the fittings that you would need plus one that is different diameters that can fit your various sanders/planes and saws. Sadly the downside is it really bloody noisy, I used it in a small bathroom to collect dust from a sanding job on the ceiling and it was deafening to say the least. Discounted I got mine for £125.00, I thought it a bargain but Karcher it could be quieter.

This is honestly the most versatile and useful vacuum I have ever owned! It is larger in size but capable of literally anything you may need for household tasks. It can be a regular hoover, a leaf blower, or even a wet hoover, mopping up wet surfaces with ease!!!!Let's start at the beginning; set up. The device also comes with 4 wheels to be attached on the base, so after the initial setup, it was super easy to manoeuvre and drag behind me as i put it to the test. It's also worth noting that in typical Karcher fashion,there is space for all the brush heads, etc, to be stored on the device. This makes storage so much easier and keeps everything to hand, which I love. It's always nice when you see a team that designs products with the customer in mind.I started with the hoovering function. This device is mighty and powerful!!! I even managed to hoover the crevices of the radiator! Something I could never do with any of my previous hoovers. I am so impressed.the removable large carpet brush head has a function to move between hard floors/carpets to wet surfaces as the brush changes to suit the area. Again.. very impressed. I used all the tools for various areas of the house, and i have to say, I am extremely pleased with the versatility of them.Next, the water vaccum. It is important to note that for this function, you must remove the dust bag from the interior of the machine. This is very easily done. I have a bird bath in my garden that has been bothering me for a long time as it is filled with dirty grimy water... this machine sucked it up in SECONDS! I couldn't believe how easy it was to do, and i could finally scrub this and fill it with fresh water for the birds and their babies over spring. Delighted! The dirty water is then stored in the base and can be emptied into a drain. It is a bit harder to clean due to its size, but nothing my Karcher steamer couldn't fix.Next, the leaf blower. Something i didn't even realise i ever needed until I had it! My garden has never looked so good!!!!! I couldn't believe how easy this was to operate, and I was really impressed with the results.There is also a plug built into the machine so that it can be used as an extension cord if needed. Although I haven't had any current need for this, I know it will really come in handy over summer.Overall, this is the most amazing all-rounder! I wish I had heard of it sooner as I would have bought it right away! It is especially helpful for cleaning the car, working in the garden, and for all your hoovering needs at home. I really am so impressed with this machine and feel that it is priced so well for all that it can accomplish!
Loving the Karcher WD4 P Machine! It has a powerful suction which allows for efficient cleaning! It is easy to put together and to switch between modes. We tested out the leaf blower function after trying the dry mode to hoover the car. Haven’t had a chance to test the wet function but it seems easy to do. The machine is lightweight which is a bonus but it is on the bulky side. Noise level wise seems to be at a normal level. Easy to manoeuvre due to the 4 wheel attachments.
In terms of suction - this is probably one of the more competitive on the market when it comes to indoor use. It picked up pet hair from my rug with ease! However, when using outside it wasnt as strong. I received a very well known Brand Karcher Wet and Dry Vacum cleaner which has a lot of functions. I have been using it a few times now I didn’t know a vacum cleaner can have a water suction in it too which is perfect for me with little kids. It has a perfect storage inside for the hose pipe too. It cleans dry dirt really quickly and absorbs water in it quickly too so a lot of benefits. My carpets have been looking very clean after use too also my car Iv been cleaning with it too and my laminates too. It had a hidden filter in it too it all connects very Wally together.
This is a fantastic bit of kit. Its versatility is unmatched and it makes for a great household item. The suction power is fantastic as just a normal vacuum or on wet surfaces which is really handy. The noise level is minimal for the power it packs and it’s easy to move around wherever needed. Dust capacity is huge and the additional accessories and attachments make this easy to use outdoors, in the home, car or on a DIY project. The blower function was a great added element and I’ve used this numerous times for the leaves at my home. Overall really impressed and you won’t be disappointed.

The suction on my wooden floors was spot on and made me realise just how poor and old my previous vacuum was, on the carpets however it was far too strong and I had to lift it off the carpet every time I came back.Overall it’s a cracking vacuum, I haven’t had chance to use the wet suction yet but if it’s as good as the dry suction I’ll be even more impressed. The suction power on this vacuum is brilliant! It’s quite powerful but at the same time, quite loud too. It’s quite easy to manoeuvre around as the wheels are 360degrees so turn wherever you want to go. I’ve not yet had a chance to test the wet vacuum. But however I’ve been using the normal vacuum for dirt every day. And I love it. So easy to use with the attachments. The only thing I don’t like is the head of the vacuum which picks up the dirt is not flexible. It’s fixed in one place and sometimes this causes an inconvenience as you have to hold the stick at a certain angle for the head to be flat on the floor. I guess I’m used to flexible heads on other vacuums.
