I spent a minimum of 5 hours either on hold, being cut off/hung up on or being told ‘I understand’.I then spent a week waiting for a call from the manager - which never came. And also an emergency delivery that wasn’t sent when I was told and reassured it would be.3 tins max per order, 3 weeks till you can order again and then 2-3 week delivery. No baby drinks that little formula and A2 is unavailable in shops.My poor little girl had diahhroea, agonising stomach pain and was more sick than she’s been her entire 10 months of life thanks to Nutricias ridiculous policies and appalling customer service.
