I purchased the moss colour in size 18 being my usual size & a size 16, Size 16 was a goal for me towards Summer after i got rid of my "lockdown lumps" :-)... came home & tried the size 18 on it was way too big (due to the new size range), Size 16 fit me perfectly. The pants are pretty warm in our cold Melbourne weather, the handy zippered pockets are useful & so are the belt loops. Material is so lightweight & quick to dry. it is easy to roll these up to 3/4 length & even though there is zips on the legs, the pants still stay rolled up. Being very versatile & the moss colour is even better in person. (more like an olive green). For the price they are so worth it.

Wore them for the first time on a 6km hike and found them to be extremely comfortable and flexible when stepping up or down rock steps. Also very breathable. Size and length are great too. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

I’ve got a few pairs of Aysen trousers and the only reason that they don’t get 5 stars is because the waist needs an adjuster. As many other reviews have stated, they run large and are stretchy, so that would allow for a perfect fit (I wear them with the travel belt). That’s the only downside though, as the stretch, knee darts, higher waist and ankle zips make these perfect for cycling in most seasons (with thermals in winter!). They also have some water resistance, so in a light shower, I don’t need to bother with overtrousers. While they’re as comfortable as wearing track pants, the styling is very different and fine for my work place.

I bought these after getting a different pair of similar pants and love them both equally. I purchased these as I need black pants for remedial massage so I am wearing them weekly and on the weekends camping. I've tried other brands and non have been as comfy and shaped right as these and my other pair.I am hooked!I bought a size 10 and am usually a 10-12 around my hips. They come to my belly button and are slightly loose around the waist but don't fall down. Perfect comfort.
Great product. Got 2 pairs for my work. Excellent material with stretch and elastic waist, quick dry. When I had a dog attack recently, these trousers were not ripped at all, saved me -very impressed. Highly recommend.
Very comfortable, easy wash and wear pants that look stylish enough to wear out. My only problem is they are large enough in the waist to pull up without undoing the zipper and therefore the waist is too big even though they have an elasticised waist and fit around the bum. The elastic will need to tightened.
A very comfortable pair of pants. Plenty of pockets. I found them to be slightly more room than my other pants in the size I chose, so maybe don't go up a size as you will find them slightly baggy. Otherwise - they are a great fit and don't require any ironing. Great for walking in.
I have had many hiking pants over the years, many different brands. I have just returned from a hiking trip in NZ. These pants tolerated rock scrambling, bum sliding down scree, roots, river crossings in really rough terrain. They are incredibly comfortable as they have a slight stretch. The zippered pockets worked so well. And they’re light enough to be not too hot but thick enough to withstand torture.
I bought these pants mainly for urban walks and hiking. But I have also worn them out for dinner and social occasions. The pants fit me perfectly and the length is also great as sometimes I find pants either too too short or too long. They are stretchy comfortable with lots of pockets. I avoid pants with no pockets as I need to carry my phone and keys without the need for a bag. It was also a bonus that I bought them on a sale.
I measure an size 18 when using the provided sizing guide, but after reading reviews I decided to purchase a size 16 pant. The leg area fitted nicely considering I have larger thighs though the waist is far too big requiring at least 8 cm to be removed from the elastic. Fortunately I can sew so this will be possible. Suggest buyers of these pants may need to go down two sizes.
