Kayak Inflatable 1 Person Bestway 2.8m

If there was an option for 0 stars that's definitely the worth. I purchased one for 100 dollars at Academy sports and tried it out on a local lake. The kayak started sinking due to air loss on one side and not only that, the thing can not be controlled to stay in one direction and if the wind blows forget about it...I will be returning it for a refund due to the air leak.

Brilliant Little Buy

Absolutely love this product, bought it for our recent holiday. Very easy to set up and use. Only slight down point is the paddle holder but very minor point as it easily falls out. The product was delivered within 1 day so pleased I got it before the holiday. I like the side Fishing rod holder (not that I would use it) could double up as a sail holder with the right engineering lol

Brilliant beginners kayak

Easy to transport and store. Inflates in about 10 mins deflates in 2-3 mins. Very comfortable seating position. Paddle is standard beginners and not the best but does the job and comes apart for easy storage. Pump included. Great value and yes I of course you will get wet.

Excellent canoe

Fantastic purchase of amazing canoe. Excellent for my 6 foot partner as well as small me. Compact & really quick to pump up. Excellent pump. I wish it came with a bag.

Fantastic adult inflatable kayak

Great fun and easy to use! I dont find it takes long at all to inflate, but then I am used to inflating paddle boards. Its really light, comfortable and easy to manoeuvre in. Fun for all the family regardless of age.

Great buy ! One of the best out there

Its great value for money, durable and inflated within minutes, deflated in seconds. The chair provides great back support compared to others Ive used. Very spacious. Of course there are far better kayaks out there for the money this is definitely a great bargain and some of the more expensive ones dont have as good back support as this one.

Great fun and great value, but hard work to inflate

I've used this a lot on the river. It hasn't let me down and has given me a lot of pleasure. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and great value for money. Only downside is its a LOT of work to inflate. Valve 1 is awkwardly placed and the 2 side inflation points (both numbered 2) are difficult to inflate with the provided pump and these two points do not have valves. I bought another pump which makes it a lot easier.

Great value and extremely good performance

Very happy, came with paddle and pump. Extremely buoyant. We weigh 65 k and 56 k. They were quick to set up. Would recommend for a very cheap way to get out on the water.

With the whole covid thing what was there left to do. Well get on the water! Firstly i was trying to locate the Intex K1 as they had good reviews but they had sold out and had doubled in price all of a sudden. I wonder why. So i kept looking and came across the Bestway Canoe. For £80 i was happy with the price from Charlies.co.uk so bought three to keep the kids happy. As always delivery was spot on. Only waited a day and here they are. Unboxing was simple enough. And all the parts are here. Canoe, fin (skeg), pump, oars, seat, foot rest (bouyancy bag), repair kit and safety line cord. Instructions are a bit vague but you just pump up. Put the fin on first. Canoe it self looks good and does have good storage front and rear both under the deck and on the top spray decks with integrated cords (not bungee though). The oars are functional but are a bit of a handful rowing with them. They are slotted together using a chunky fixing not thr simple click ones. They are a bit tough to row with but once you find a grip all is well. On the water it sits well and does canoe quite nice. No whitewater. But a pleasant stroll down the Thames is quite lovely. Packing away is easy enough though so form of weird yoga pressure moves is needed to get the air out so it folds tight. There is no bag so bear that in mind. I got a Seyvlor bag for 30 quid which fits all three and parts. For one i would have said a 50l rucksack should accomodate it fine. The oars are not the best so you could upgrade them. But then again for canoe with pump and oars for less then 80 quiid you can't argue. I know the Intex K1 comes with bag and a slightly comfy looking set of oars but at their current price no way. We have been out twice now for a good few hours so it has nearly paid for itself (cheaper than a day out at Alton Towers). Don't forget your bouyancy aids from 20 quid and get a paddle leash for the kids 6 quid from Amazon.

Quality Flaw

I've had one for a few days and have used it in a pool. It didn't get any holes but it was in the sun all day and the sun deformed the material and stretched it making it more vulnerable to holes, I am disappointed because on the box it says that it's UV resistant which obviously isn't true.
