This is my second pair of Jasper sports. Obviously, I have found them comfortable, supportive, and worth the price. These shoes will take you from the office to your favorite trails In style. I get lots of compliments on them.Two things to note. First , these take longer to break in than I expected. Once they’re broken in, they are very comfortable and I appreciate the support they get my feet. Second, I wish the tongue was about a half inch longer. It would give a better grip when putting the shoe on. If the tongue were a little longer, it would be easier to slide my foot in.

I have a pair of OG Jaspers. Wore them till they slick… Still throw them on occasionally. I’m 100% flat foot. These rocks are a great improvement. Deeper more aggressive tread but still urban friendly. Love the bigger toe wrap, like a safety toe, without the hardness of an inner reinforcement.

I hike in them and teach all day in them. I have only experienced discomfort from friction around the lip when not wearing thick enough socks.

Overall I really like these shoes. The colors are great and the materials are high quality. I do wish the sole was a bit thicker with more support. I expected these to be much more comfortable than they are. That being said, I’m still happy with my purchase
I have owned several pairs of the classic Jasper sneakers. They fit well and are comfortable right out of the box. I currently have three pairs in rotation.I have had my Jasper Rocks for about two weeks. They are slightly smaller than the classic Jaspers and are much stiffer. I have walked about ten miles wearing them and they are slowly breaking in.I think they will be as comfortable as the classic Jaspers once they are broken in, but that is taking more time than I expected. I expect them to hold up well.They provide greater toe protection than the classics. That will be nice on rocky terrain.These are definitely worth a try. As I said, they run a little small, so I suggest considering moving up a size.Happy walking.
These puppies are eye catching, rugged, and incredibly comfortable.Initially, I had planned to switch out the laces, but found myself quickly falling for the drawstring. The ease of use of the drawstring makes these a great pair of shoes to throw on quick and get out of the door when I need to.Honestly, what really drew me to these shoes is the design. I don't see any other shoe on the market that looks like these. Its like if my pair of climbing shoes and my 90's DUFF skate shoes had a baby. I love how incredibly light these are for how durable they are. I loved the my regular pair of Jaspers until the holes on the bottom of the shoes got too big. I tried these out and was initially resistant to like them because they are much stiffer than my old ones but they are starting to break in after 2 weeks and are more comfortable. They fit well and are true to size. the bungee doesn’t stick out as much as it looks in the stock picture which was one of my concerns. Happy with the shoe and hope it will last half as long as my other ones.
These shoes were a shadow of the previous, comfy, cushy Keen sneakers I had. And I liked the elastic lace system on the previous shoes, but the elastic on these was too short; definitely a flaw. I guess that's why Keen supplied normal laces "in case you want to change the laces" [my paraphrase].I returned the sneakers, which cost me the $10 shipping fee which wasn't refunded.

I ended up having to go with the Japanese sizing - which in itself is also a size off, but it corresponded with an old pair of Jasper's I already had.A whole size bigger then I normally wear and they still came up small. I might have just about got away with it, but the minute I started walking around in them I could tell they would shred my heels. Completely unheard of in Keens. Comfort is one of the reasons I keep coming back for more.Of late I have noticed A LOT of reviews complaining about redesigns and re shaping. Your customers come back for more because they like the old designs. Narrowing down and getting rid of the wider fittings will create yet more boring uncomfortable shoes that you can buy anywhere. Don't mess with what makes the brand so good.As it happens, these shoes were not too narrow, but the toe box is not a great shape and the redesign around the heel would probably have irritated my Achilles tendon.A packing slip/returns form would have been appreciated, but other then that customer service, returns and refunds were very good.
these shoes seem to not hold to the way they are advertised regarding the fit. They say the run small but appear to be according to size. I ordered 10 1/2 as I wear a 9 1/2 to a 10 regularly. These shoes seem wide and tend to fit lose unlike the Jaspers I bought previously. I like the soles of the shoe but the fit just seems off so I guess I will just deal with it.
